An online survey also formed part of the consultation process. 1.2 A joint meeting held by LCC and Statutory Undertakers took place on March 15th 2016 where the scheme could be discussed, and any issues raised. Following the meeting, an agreement was made to extend the consultation deadline to June 10th 2016 to allow any proposed changes to be reviewed and considered. No significant changes were made. 1.3 The draft Scheme Document and accompanying covering letter was issued to 691 stakeholder organisation contacts including statutory consultees DfT, neighbouring Highway Authorities, Utilities and emergency services. A full list is provided within this document. 1.4 Some organisations had a number of consultees within them and if known those individuals were contacted directly. The total number of email addresses / individual contacts made was 437. 1.5 Of the consultees, there were eight (8) stakeholder organisations individual comments on the proposed Permit Scheme received by the deadline. The online survey received 114 responses; however there were only 8 complete responses, 6 of which from members of the public who were happy with the introduction of the scheme. There were 106 incomplete responses. 1.6 A list of comments received are provided in this document including those from the joint meeting held on March 15th 2016.
