Thomas led the Bears to a 14-17 record in his first season. SHAWNEE STATE INFORMATION Thomas has a broad history of coaching Location: Portsmouth, Ohio Founded: 1986 experience. The TPFR includes data in the KLDS – specifically data from the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) and the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE).
