City Localization:

Atibaia was founded in 1665 and it is located 60 km of city and covers an area of 490 km², from which 57% is rural area and 43% is urban. Its populations is 140 thousand inhabitants in accordance with IBGE perspectives for 2017. Meanwhile the number of inhabitants increases considerably during holidays and weekends, presenting a floating population, because Atibaia has dormitory town as it has a great number of inhabitants that lives in Atibaia, but works in São Paulo.

Atibaia is privileged inserted in the centre of the country largest consumer point, in the junction of two major highways, Rodovia Fernão Dias that connects São Paulo to and , that makes possible the connection between Campinas and Jacareí. Another point that adds value to

Tourism:

Atibaia is São Paulo’s closest Tourism Centre, that can be reached through Presidente Dutra and Fernão Dias Highways. It is famous for its pleasant weather that, in accordance with specialists, is one of the best weather cities in the world.

Highlights among Atibaia’s tourist attraction:

The Reserva Pedra Grande: The area for Reserva Pedra Grande installation was chosen taking into consideration the land breathtaken view - Higher area in relation to neighbours lands , east lined by mountains where we can highlight Pedra Grande that is a rock that was the inspiration for the title of this enterprise. - In the west view, the city can be seen, whose urban landscape can be contemplated from above, by the sunset.

The lot extension for the implementation of the Reserva Pedra Grande Is 79,000 m² and 26% of the land is covered by native vegetation that will be preserved and incorporated to the leisure of the condominium.

The entire Atibaia region is considered APP (Preservation Area Permanent) so that no suppression intervention will be carried out in the vegetation, except in cases authorized by competent authorities.

The zoning where the Reserve's land is inserted is described Predominantly Residential B - ZR5, which according to the Code of Urbanization of Atibaia makes impossible the installation of industries nearby. The largest fraction, about 50% of the land area, will be divided into 45 lots with approximately 900 m² approximately each, size considered adequate for high standards residential buildings.

Land management practices will be used in order to adapt the reserve’s land topography to the buildings and infrastructure works to be implemented and to reduce the impact to the environment, maintaining balance and compatible with the earthmoving project, attending contours limitations and avoiding soil

addition from external sources. The volumes of soil to be moved will be dimensioned, along with walls and retaining walls project.

Besides Aqua Process, electric power supply will also attend the specifications of the local concession company. Adequate underground electrical wiring and cabling system will be provided. They will be adjusted the clean power plant which is intended deploy, in order to supply energy to the condominium and its residences, also providing surplus energy to the concessionaire.
