O R D E R 1. Sri J. Papi Reddy, Hyderabad-500070 has filed a Complaint dated 13-03-2017 which was received by this Commission on 13-03-2017 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o The Tahsildar, Revally Mandal, Wanaparthy District. 2. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 23-01-2017 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. 3. The Public Information Officer has furnished the information to the Complainant vide letter no. B/RTI/03/2017, dated 28-02-2017. 4. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 28-02-2018. The case is called on 28-02-2018. The Complainant is present. The Public Information Officer is absent. The Complainant submitted that he did not receive the information. He also submitted that the Edula Village got changed under reorganization of districts from Revally Mandal to Gopalpeta Mandal in Wanaparthy District. The Commission directed to issue fresh notice to the Public Information Officer / The Tahsildar, Gopalpeta Mandal, Wanaparthy District and the Public Information Officer / The Tahsildar, Revally Mandal, Wanaparthy District. P.T.O ::2:: The case was adjourned to 22-01-2019. On 22-01-2019 the case is called. The Complainant / Sri J. Papi Reddy is present. The Public Information Officer-1 / O/o The Tahsildar, Revally Mandal, Wanaparthy District is absent. The Public Information Officer-2 / Sri B. Chanukya, Deputy Tahsildar, O/o The Tahsildar, Gopalpeta Mandal, Wanaparthy District is present. The Complainant submitted that he has received only half information. He also submitted that he was getting water for his agricultural land from the village tank, but recently, the field channels were re-laid and water supply was discontinued. He requested restoration. The Public Information Officer-2 submitted that available and held information was furnished to the complainant vide letter No. B/RTI/03/2017, dated 17-01-2019. He also submitted that in the 6(1) application survey no. was not mentioned. He further submitted that earlier the Tahsildar, Revally Mandal vide letter No. B/RTI/03/2017, dated 28-02-2017 had furnished certain information to the complainant. The Commission directed the PIO-2 to call the Complainant to his office and provide all the information sought for by the complainant herein. With the above direction, the complaint is closed.
