CHAIRMAN Jake Moeller, Head of Lipper UK & Ireland Research, Refinitiv, UK Jake Moeller works at Refinitiv as Head of Lipper UK & Ireland Research. Since 1998, he has specialised in mutual fund research & selection, fund-of-funds portfolio management and asset allocation strategies. He spent six years as a portfolio manager and fund selector at AIG and has been a mutual fund research specialist for Lloyds Banking Group, Towry and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He is a trustee director of the Thomson UK Pension Plan, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI) and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).

Adi Divgi, President & CIO, EA Global LLC, USA Adi Divgi has been President and CIO of EA Global, his family investment vehicle, since its 2005 inception. He is also Head of Alternative Investments at Catalina, a $3+bn AUM reinsurer. Prior to his current institutional investor role, Adi oversaw the Opportunistic Fixed Income investment program at the New York City Bureau of Asset Management from March 2011 to April 2014. With approval from the 4 participating Boards of Trustees, he executed $3.6 billion in capital commitments. Adi began his credit career at Deutsche Bank, working in New York and Mexico City, and is a graduate of the Huntsman Program, with a BA in International Studies (Spanish minor) from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics and MBA in Finance from Wharton.

Agathi Pafili, Senior Regulatory Policy Advisor, European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), Belgium Agathi Pafili is a Senior Policy Advisor in the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA). She joined EFAMA in September 2012 and is currently member of the Regulatory Affairs team and the Public Policy Affairs team. She is based in Brussels and is in charge of the EU and international regulatory landscape for the asset management industry, with a focus on alternative and long-term investment funds, benchmarks and financial indices, anti-money laundering policies and the use of credit ratings. She is also a member of the Steering Committee of Euribor and of the ECB’s WG on the creation of a new unsecured overnight transactions rate. Prior to joining EFAMA, Agathi was working in the European Parliament as member of the Vice President’s cabinet, dealing with the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee’s (ECON) legislative work on financial services and monetary policy. From 2004 to 2009 Ms. Pafili worked in the European Parliament as an accredited assistant in the ECON Committee and in the cabinet of the Chair of the Culture and Educations Affairs Committee. She graduated from Law School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a Master’s Degree in international and European law. She started her career in 2002 as a trainee lawyer in Commercial Bank of Greece. She is currently member of the Athens Bar Association.

Alexios Kartalis, General Manager, GMM Global Money Managers Ltd Alexios Kartalis is the General Manager of GMM Global Money Managers Ltd, where he started working in 2013. Alexios graduated from the Department of Statistics of Athens University of Economics and Business (ex A.S.O.E.E) in 1991. In 2003 he got an MBA in Finance from ESCEM. He started his career from Citibank Athens, where he worked from 1994 till 1997. From 1997 till 2012 he worked at BNP Paribas Securities Services Athens, initially as Head of Securities Operations and then as General Manager.

Andreas Yiasemides, Partner, In charge of Fund Services, PwC Cyprus Andreas Yiasemides is a Partner at PwC and in charge of the Fund Services of the organisation. On his graduation from the University of Manchester with a first class degree in Economics, he joined PwC in 1999 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA). He continued his career with the Bank of Cyprus, holding various positions including heading the Custody and Trusts Unit. He then moved on to an organisation of professional services where he set up and led the Fund Services Unit. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Cyprus and of the Central Bank of Cyprus and is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Investment Fund Association (CIFA). He is also a member of the Cyprus National Advisory Council of Charter Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Andrey Movchan, CEO / Economic Program Fellow, Movchan’s Group / Carnegie Foundation for Peace and Prosperity Andrey Movchan has been a top executive for Russian and international financial institutions since 1993. He was an executive director of Troika Dialog for six years. From 2003 to 2009, Movchan headed Renaissance Investment Management Group, which he founded, and from 2006 to 2008, he was the CEO of Renaissance Credit Bank. He also founded the Third Rome investment company, and was its CEO and managing partner from 2009 until the end of 2013 when the company was sold to strategic investors. Today Andrey leads an asset management group named “Movchan Advisers”, focused on fixed income investment strategies, investment advice and structuring.
