1 Serie A1 femminile: la finale sarà TC Genova contro Prato di Redazione 02 Dicembre 2019 – 14:23 Genova. La Serie A1 femminile ha eletto le due finaliste che venerdì 6 e sabato 7 dicembre si contenderanno lo scudetto al PalaTagliate di Lucca: sono Tennis Club Prato e Tennis Club Genova 1893. Sui campi del Tennis Club Parioli la formazione toscana, dopo il 3-1 sui campi di casa, ottiene con Lucrezia Stefanini e Kristina Kucova i due punti necessari per ritrovare la finale (dopo lo stop in semi di dodici mesi fa). Andrà dunque a caccia del sesto scudetto Prato, che nelle ultime sei stagioni ha vinto quattro dei cinque titoli della sua storia, di cui tre consecutivi (2015, 2016 e 2017). Dal canto suo la formazione ligure dopo il netto 4-0 ottenuto sul campo del Circolo Tennis Lucca nella semifinale di andata resiste al tentativo di rimonta della compagine toscana, a segno nei primi due singolari con Jessica Pieri e Ivakhnenko: decisiva per Genova l’affermazione in tre set della veterana Alberta Brianti (nella foto), dopo le sconfitte di Lucia Bronzetti in 2 set e di Liudmila Samsonova al terzo.
