Ajvar with Feta $5 An Eastern European staple. Roasted eggplant and roasted red pepper blended with garlic, crushed red pepper, hot Hungarian paprika, olive oil, and lemon, topped with feta and served with pita.
Smoked Trout Pâte* $6 Smoked trout fillet, cream cheese, and scallion spread served with crostini and cucumber
Skordalia* $6 Classic Greek dip of toasted almond and fresh garlic, dressed with olive oil and sea salt; served with pita.

Gypsy Cevapcici Meatballs $8 Gypsy’s version of a well-loved Eastern European spicy beef, lamb, and pork sausage recipe, served with accompanying sauces: homemade Ajvar and Apricot Dijon.
Roasted Garlic, Artichoke, and Scallion Dip $8 Roasted garlic, artichoke, scallion, pecorino Romano, and cream cheese dip served hot with Za’atar flatbread and lemon.

Adobado Strip Steak $21 New York Strip steak rubbed with fresh oregano, garlic, and dark chili powder Adobo sauce, broiled to temperature, and served with spring potato salad
Chicken Marengo $17 Chicken breast sautéed in olive oil and braised in white wine with fresh tomato, onion, garlic, Kalamata olives, and herbs over spring vegetable rice pilaf
Dill-Almond Pesto Salmon $18 Salmon fillet broiled with lemon and butter and finished with Dill-Almond pesto. Served with potato salad
Trout Skordalia $18 Rainbow Trout fillet broiled in butter and lemon and finished with Skordalia garlic and almond sauce, and served with Tabbouleh
Vegetable Moussaka $15 Thinly sliced fried potatoes layered with green lentils, onion, breadcrumbs, and Romano cheese, baked with Romano Béchamel, and finished with roasted eggplant-tomato sauce
Shrimp, Scallop, and Feta Stew $19 Simple stew of shrimp and scallops simmered in white wine and seafood broth and finished with feta, onion, tomato, herbs, and wilted spinach
Bubble and Squeak $14 Irish-style potato, cabbage, and onion pancakes pan-fried and topped with Gruyere cheese and sour cream, with or without crumbled bacon. Served with Tabbouleh.
Pastas All pastas are served with Gypsy house salad. Add chicken or sausage to any pasta dish for $3 or shrimp for $5.

Szekely Gulyas (A very old family recipe.) $16 Rich, redolent, spicy Transylvanian stew of slow-cooked pork in Hungarian hot paprika sauce mixed with tart sauerkraut and sour cream over buttered egg noodles
