One Friday, because of rain and heavy traffic, it was closer to four. The kids were toast, the dog wanted out of the car, and we were stressed. All we wanted to do was relax. Why did we come down here anyway? Oh, right, it’s grandma’s birthday. We will celebrate with her for exactly 18 hours (7 or 8 of which I hope to be sleeping) before we turn around and go home for church on Sun- day.
