The SCCA® reserves the right to revise these rules, to issue supplements to them, and publish special rules at any time at its sole discretion. Chang- es of this nature will normally become effective upon publication on the SCCA® website (www.scca.com); but may become effective immediately in emergency situations as determined by SCCA®. Finality of interpretation and application. The interpretation and ap- plication of the SCCA® National Solo® Rules by SCCA® officials shall be final and binding. In order to promote the sport of automobile competition, to achieve prompt finality in competition results, and in consideration of the numerous benefits to them, all participants, including competitors and officials, expressly agree that: 1. They are familiar with the SCCA® National Solo® Rules and agree to abide by them; 2. Determinations by SCCA® officials are non-litigable; 3. They will not initiate or maintain litigation of any kind against SCCA® or anyone acting in behalf of SCCA® to reverse or modify such determina- tions, or to seek to recover damages or other relief allegedly incurred or required as a result of such determination; 4. If a participant initiates or maintains litigation in violation of this provi- sion, that participant agrees to reimburse SCCA® for all costs of such litigation, including travel expenses and attorney fees.
