    Residency Analysis of Alaska's Workers by Firm-1997 Prepared by: Alaska Department of Labor Research and Analysis January 1999 About This Report AS 23.20.110 allows for the release of information showing the number of resident and nonresident workers by firm for those Alaska employers who had 20 or more workers during the year. Residency is calculated by matching workers reported by Alaska employers with the two most recent Permanent Fund Dividend files (1997 and 1998). If a worker applied for a Permanent Fund Dividend in 1998 or received a Permanent Fund Dividend in 1997 they are considered residents for purposes of this report.
