05.06.21 Recovery of foreign liquor On 05.06.2021 at about 04:45 hrs. on getting secret source information jointly with GRPS/Madhupur, raid and search was conducted from Chittaranjan to Vidysagar Railway station in different coaches of Train No. 03029 UP (Howrah- Mokama special) in rear SLR of the said train, officers and staff of RPF Post/Jamtara noticed one plastic hand bag lying in concealed in South sideLatrin. Also on enquiry, nobody came forward to claim said plastic bag. As being found unclaimed the said plastic bag unloaded at Vidyasagar Rly station PF 02 Howrah end. After checking the said unclaimed plastic hand bag, in which found 18 nos “Officers Choice Deluxe whisky foreign liquors 180mL each product each have MRP. 140/- Total Valued Rs. 2,520/-. Then officer of RPF Post/Jamtara seized the same as unclaimed under proper seizure list as no claimant came forward and brought to RPF Post/Jamtara. Subsequently, the above seized liquors handed over to Excise Department/Jamtara under proper acknowledgment.

06.06.21 Recovery of left behind bag. On 06.06.2021, getting information from RPFPost/ regarding left behind of bag in coach No. S-4 on seat No. 25 of train No. 03121 Up(Kolkata – Ghazipur Spl.),when the said train arrived at Asansol Rly station, officers and staff of RPF Post/Asansol(W) attended the said train and detrained two bags from said coach onbeing searched found mangoes and old clotheskept inside. On 07.06.2021 at about 00:15 hrs bag owner namely Shankar Sharma S/O Sonar Sharma a resident of Pohiya, P.S- Gharkha,Dist-Chhapra (Bihar) came to RPF Post/Asansol(W) and demand his bag with proper written complain. The said two bags were handed over to actual owner after proper checked and verification. Total value of bags Rs 2,000/.

06.06.21 Arrest of fraud criminal by RPF Asansol Division. On 10.05.2021 on receipt of complaint regarding cheating of money by one person identifying himself as Sri Sumit Sarkar, DRM/Asansol the RPF Special Task Force of AsansolDivision come into action. Accordingly, the fraud has been identified and arrested by RPF Asansol. As an action taken the complainant, owner of M/S Mass Marketting, Asansol Sri Manoj Kumar Nandi was contacted. During examination it was intimated that one person called from mobile no. 8097324750, introducing himself as Sri Sumit Sarkar, DRM/Asansol, who inquired rates of Air-Conditioned machine and LED TV and also offered for participating in supply of these materials to Asansol DRM office through quotation work. It was also suggested to deposit tender amount to bank a/c no 50100395675234 of HDFC, Park Street, Kolkata. As such in several instances the firm had paid over Rs. 1,20,000/- to the caller. Accordingly, on 10.05.2021, on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered at ASN(South) P.S vide no. 195/2021 Dt. 10.05.2021 u/s 406,420,467, 468 & 471 IPC against unknown mobile caller. During enquiry from mobile and bank details of caller when it could be learnt that the caller name is Sauma Singha, M-39 S/O Lt. Vijay kr Singha of 5/2/1, circular road, 2ndway lane, P.S- Chatterjeehat, Howrah. To ascertain the location of suspect, continuous tower locations have been examined when it could be learnt that the person is hiding in another place/rented flat of Santosh Chodhury of Chunabhatti near Nazirganj PP.After collecting all the information and evidences regarding the case by joint team of RPF STF Asansol and ADPC Asansol, on 06.06.2021 a raid was conducted by the joint team of Asansol with the help of Nazirganj PP and CIB Howrah and successfully arrested the criminals from his rented house with one of his associates namely Dipak Sarkar. Both the arrested persons were brought to Asansol and handed over to Asansol South PS for taking further legal action into the case. For this sincere effort taken by RPF to detect and arrest the actual criminal into the case, Proprietor of Mass Marketing Sri Manoj Kumar Nandi has appreciated the work of RPF Asansol and issued an appreciation letter in this regard.

11.06.21 Recovery of one LCD TV. On 11.06.2021 on getting information regarding one passenger having PNR No. 2320758399 of berth No. 25, coach No. S-7 of train No. 02320 Dn (Kolkata Weekly SF Spl.) detrained at Rly station leaving behind his TV in said train. When the said train arrived at Asansol Rly station, officers and staff of RPF Post/Asansol(W) attended the said coach and recovered LCD TV(BPL), valued Rs. 19,000/- approx. and kept in RPF Post/Asansol(W) for further disposal. Subsequently the passenger namely Kundan Kumar of B.S.L.L.H, S.T-9, Qtr No. 121, P.O- Siwandih, P.S- B.S, City, Dist. Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand- 827010 attended at RPF Post/Asansol (W) and the said TV was handed over to him after proper verification and under acknowledgement.

13.06.21 Case register U/s 379 IPC. On 13.06.2021 at about 07:00 hrs, one Railway Employee namely Satish Kr. Yadav, M/59 yrs, S/o Late. Ful Chand Prasad Yadav, Loco Pilot/Electric, Dhanbad Division, E.C.Rly of Railway Qtr. No. D-54, Hill Colony, P.S- Dhanbad, Jharkhand- 826001 attended at RPF Post/Asansol(W) and informed to on duty officer of RPF Post/Asansol(W) that on date at about 02:30 hrs he arrived at Asansol Rly. station and had been to Sleeper class Gents waiting hall at PF No. 05 of Asansol Rly station and took rest keeping his hand bag and backpack beside him. At about 06:20 hrs when he awoke and found his backpack was stolen. In this connection CCTV footage was checked by officer of RPF Post/Asansol(W), when one male person aged about 65 yrs. wearing yellow full sleeve shirt and blue & yellow coloured lungi was found stealing the backpack at 05:59 hrs and went out of the station premises with the stolen backpack. In this connection a search was conducted by officer of RPF Post/Asansol(W) in & around the station area, when at about 08:10 hrs the culprit was found just outside entry & exit gate of Asansol Rly station. He was detained and brought to RPF Post/Asansol(W). On being asked he disclosed his name and identity as Binay Ray, male/67 yrs. S/O Late. Deopat Ray of Vill- Sarbanandapur, P.S.- Magrahat, Dist- 24 Parganas(S) and confessed that he stole the subject backpack. Subsequently the detained person was handed over to GRPS /ASN where a case vide No. 48/2021 dated 13:06:2021 was registered U/S 379 of IPC against the arrested person.

14.06.21 Saving of life of one lady with her baby. On 14.06.2021 at about 11:06 hrs while Train 63567 UP (Asansol-Jhajha passenger) arrived at PF No.02 of Vidyasagar Railway Station in Asansol – Jhajha Section, at that time one lady passenger with her baby tried to board in the said train but could not board and fallen down from the said train. By observing this, Constable, Sri Krishna Kumar of RPF Post Jamtara, deployed at Vidyasagar Railway Station, immediately jumped at the spot and saved the life of the lady passenger together with her baby by putting his life at risk. During such saving work the rescued lady passenger and her baby did not sustain any injury, while Constable/Krishna Kumar has sustained minor injury and his uniform was torned.

16.06.21 Rescue of one minor girl. On 16.06.2021, at 11.45 hrs, on duty staff of RPF Post/Durgapur and constable of GRP/Durgapur noticed a minor girl namely Alkama Khatun (15) D/O- Akbar Ali a resident of Vill- Kasim Tola, P.S- Bhutni, District- Malda, WB, who was moving in station area aimlessly. On being interrogated, it came to know that she had fled away from home on account of family dispute. Matter was informed to her family member over telephone (8597573039) and OC/Bhutni PS, Malda (9083270321). Later on, she was handed over to Railway child Line/Asansol for further disposal under proper acknowledgement.

16.06.21 Rescue of one girl. On 16.06.2021, on duty officer and staff of RPF Post/Asansol (W) noticed a girl, namely Priyanka Yadav aged 20 yrs. D/o Shiv Kumar Yadav a resident of 1A Natore Park Kolkata, Pin-700039, 1st Road Tizala, P.S- Kasba, Dist- South 24 Pargan, WB, who was moving in Asansol station FOB area. On being interrogated, it came to know that she had fled away from home for family dispute. Matter was informed to her family member over telephone. After arrival of her father at RPF Post/Asansol(W) the said girl was handed over to him after proper verification and documentation.

16.06.21 Saving of life of one male passenger. On 16.06.21 at about 15:11, while Train no. 02376 Dn (Jasidih Tambram Exp.) arrived at Chittarnajn PF No. 02 at at that time some passenger tried to board in the said train in running, out of which 3/4 persons could able to board but one passenger namely Julus Shaik M/ 35 y S/o Late Safruddin Shaik a resident of Vill- Domadih, P.S- Palojori, Dist- Deoghar, (JH ) PNR No. 6151355087 Ex- CRJ to Channai Agmor, not boarded and slipped & fell down from the said train and his leg gone in gap between PF and train. Seeing this on duty RPF staff LHC, who was on PF duty at Chittaranjan station reached and pulled him and saved his life, mean time co-passenger applied ACP and train stopped from 15:13 hrs. to15:20 hrs. ACP rectified by Train guard and train left at 15:20 hrs.

16.06.21 Saving of life of one lady with her baby. On 16.06.2021 on duty RPF staff deployed at Simultala Rly station. During his duty he noticed that one lady carrying her baby was standing on Dn line of Simultala Rly station in a suspicious manner. On seeing this on duty RPF along with Rly employee of Ganghut and stopped the lady, who was headed to jump in front of Train No. 08184 Dn (DNR-TATA Exp.) in order to commit suicide. Thereafter the lady, namely Sunita Devi husband of Mukesh Kumar a resident of Vill- Dumgitar, P.S- Simultala was interrogated when she informed that due to reprimand by her father in-law and her husband in very silly matters she had determined to commit suicide along with her baby. Thereafter the family members of in-law’s house and her parents were called and after proper verification and documentation the lady along with her baby was handed over to them.

18.06.21 Medical assistance provided by RPF. On 18.06.2021 at about 04:00 hrs, on duty officers and staff of RPF Post/Jasidih noticed during their round at PF No. 02 of Jasidih Railway station near Howrah End FOB that one male person aged about 40 yrs was suffering from burnt pain. Accordingly, matter was informed to SM/Jasidih, who issued a memo to OC/RPF and OC/GRP/Jasidih vide No. nil dtd. 18.06.2021 for taking necessary action. Subsequently, the ill person was sent to Sadar Hospital/Deoghar by Ambulance with the help of RPF staff of RPF Post/Jasidih and one staff of GRPS/Jasidih. The ill person was got admitted at the said hospital in Burn Ward No. 42 Bed No. 08 for better treatment. During interrogation he disclosed his identity as Sanjit Kumar (Male), 40 years, S/O- Kanti Rajak, R/O- PS- Ganga Bridge, Distt- Baisali, Bihar and revealed that he got burn outside the Railway premises but could not disclosed details of his relatives, phone number etc. Hence, matter could not be communicated to his relatives.

21.06.21 Recovery of one backpack. On 04.06.2021 on getting information through RailMadad regarding one backpack containing Mobile charger, JIO Dongal, old clothes left behind at Asansol Rly station. Accordingly on duty officer of RPF Post/Asansol(W) conducted search and recovered said left behind backpack from Asansol PF No. 03 and informed to the complainant to collect the same. On 21.06.2021 owner of said bag namely Md.Akmar S/o- Md. Saraj Mansoori of Vill- Sono, Dist - Jamui attended at RPF Post/Asansol(W) and the same was handed over to him after proper verification and under acknowledgement. The value of backpack was Rs. 1,000/- approx.

21.06.21 Recovery of left behind bag. On 21.06.2021 information received by on duty staff of RPF Post/Jasidih, who was deployed for joint seal checking at Jhajha, communicated by on duty staff of RPF/R. Coy/Asansol who got information from one person over mobile phone that his colleaguehad left behind his bag on berth No. 48, 49 & 50 in the coach No. D-2 of train No. 03185 Up (Gangasagar Exp.) and he de-boarded at Madhupur Railway Station. Accordingly, on duty staff of RPF Post/Jasidih searched the said coach on arrival of said train at Jhajha Railway station and they succeed to search out the said bag and matter informed to actual owner. Later, the actual owner namely Kuntal Mondal, Male, Age- 31 yrs, S/O- Abani Bhusan Mondal of 46 No, Iswar Biswas Lane, Nimta, North Dumdum, Dist- North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, PNR No. 6813830310 arrived at Jhajha and after proper verification and documentation recovered bag was handed over to the actual owner (Victim). The recovered bag containing cloths, Saree, Pant and medicines, Total value Rs. 4,000/- (as ascertained by owner of the bag).

22.06.21 Injury of one female person. On 22.06.2021 at about 21:00 hrs, on duty officer of RPF Post Durgapur noticed a female person aged approx 60 years, lying at Km No-179/29C near Waria Railway station (HWH End) in injured condition. Immediately, officers and staff of RPF Post/Durgapur, brought her to station over stretcher and sent to S.D.Hospital/Durgapur for admission. Matter was informed to her family and her son Vijay Ray of Coal Depot, Waria and she was identified as Sadhosari Ray (F-70years), W/o- Late Daho Ray, R/o- Coal depo Waria, 03 nos Gate (Near Hindi School), P.S-DTPS, Dis- Paschim Burdwan, W.B. She is admitted in female surgical ward, bed No.10 under treatment of Dr. T.S.Ghosh. With prompt and sincere efforts of RPF, the life of injured female could be saved. In this regard a memo vide no-OYR/2119408/ASN/ER/2021/01 issued by Dy. SM.OYR.

22.06.21 Rescue of one girl. On 22.06.2021 information was received from SCNL/Asansol regarding fled away of one girl namely Akita Kumari (F/19) from her uncle’s house by Train No. 03105 Up (SDAH to Balia Express. Spl.). Her uncle namely Bipin KumarSaw a resident of Salbagan, P.S- Mihijam,District-Jamtara (Jharkhand). When the said train arrived at Madhupur Rly station on PF No. 02, on duty officers and staff of RPF Post/Madhupur attended the said train and rescued the said girl from general coach and bought to RPFPost/Madhupur. Matter was informed to SCNL/Asansol as well as her mother namely Draupati Devi and her uncle Bipin Kumar (mausa). They came at RPF Post/Madhupur and identified her daughter. Her mother Draupti Devi w/o Ramchandra Saw of Bari Mirzapur, Kali Sthan, P.S- Kasham Bazar, District- Munger (Bihar)&her uncle (mausa)Bipin Kumar Saw ofSalbagan Mihijam,P.S- Mihijam, District-Jamtara (JH) gave a written application with details. After proper verification and confirmation, the said rescued girl was handed over to her family.

22.06.21 Rescue of one minor girl. On 22.6.2021, at about 22:00 hrs, on duty RPF lady staff of RPF Post/Durgapur noticed a minor girl was sitting on PF No. 02 of Durgapur Rly station since long time. She interrogated her and came to know that minor girl had left her home to go to her sister at Patna without informing her family members. Accordingly, her family was informed over phone and minor girl namely Riya Singh (F-16) D/o Sri Rajkishor Singh, Tetultala Colony, Durgapur Chemical, Durgapur was handed over to her father (9474928847) after proper verification. (Her family requested not to take any photo.)

22.06.21 Recovery of one Blanket On 22.06.2021 received a message through Security Helpline-139, that while on duty officer and staff of RPF Post/Dumka were checking the Train No. 08619 Dn (RNC-DUMK Exp.) at Dumka Railway station which arrived on PF No. 02 at about 07:01 hrs. they foundone Blanket (Valued Rs. 3,000/-) in Coach No. SE- 058201/C (S-3, birth no. 58) and brought to RPFPost/Dumka. On 22.06.2021 owner of the Blanket namely Kritendra Kumar Singh having Mobile No. 8271462429 came to the RPFPost/Dumka and claimed for his Blanket. On being asked stated that he was travelling in Train No. 08619 Dn (RNC-DUMK Exp), Ex- Ranchi to JSME having PNR No. 6251524475 during de- boarding mistakenly he had left behind his said Blanket in Coach No. SE- 058201/C. He disclosed his name and address as Kritendra Kumar singh (25 years), S/O:- Kabindra Singh, House No. 701/Z125/C, Indrapuri Road No.2 Ratu Road Ranchi, Hehal, Hehal, Ranchi, Jharkhand, 834005, having Mobile No:- 8271462429. After proper verification and acknowledgment, the said Blanket handed over to him in well condition.

22/23.06. Rescue of two children (Boy and girl) 21 On 22/23.06.21 at about 23:00 hrs on duty officer of RPF Post/Madhupur noticed that one underaged unknown couple(boy aged about 17 years and girl aged about 16 years) were moving aimlessly at Madhupur PF No. 2 near H/E shed. The on duty staff detained them and during interrogation, girl disclosed her identity as Khusbu Kumari aged about 16 yrs. D/o- Ashok Kumar Napit of Vill- Sangram Dih, P.O- Nagar Kiyari, P.S- Govindpur, Dist- Dhanabad (JH) and the identity of the boy as Rajan Ray aged about 17 yrs.S/o- Baldev Ray of Vill- Sangram Dih, P.O- Nagar Kariya, P.S-Dhanabad (JH). Matter informed to the mother of Khusbu Kumari. She told that her daughter was kidnapped by Rajan Ray of Vill-Sangram Dih and she had lodged a FIR against that boy in PS/Govindpur Dhanabad vide case No. 214/21 dt 22.06.21 U/s- 366(A) IPC. Matter was informed to Govindpur Police station and corroborated with fact. Officer of PS/Govindpur replied that they are coming Madhupur to take the couple. At about 12:30 hrs officer and staff of noted PS with parents of both children arrived at RPF Post/Madhupur. Their Parents identified the couple and ASI Sri Tata Majhi of Govindpur Police station gave a written application with case reference for taking over the detained children’s. After proper verification the matter couple handed over to police officer in presence of both children's parents.

08.06.21 Arrest of 06 wanted criminal. On 08.06.2021, during discharging of official duty within Liluah PS jurisdiction, one Police officer got severe injury by sudden attack of some criminals with Arms and ammunitions and sutli bomb etc. Accordingly, a case vide no. 198/21 dated 08.06.2021 u/s 146/147/148/326/307/120(b)/34 IPC & 25(6)/27 Arms Act and 3/4 E.S Act has been registered against named criminals. In course of investigation, it is come to light that all the involved criminals have escaped from Kolkata and have taken shelter at Patna. Accordingly, on 22.06.2021 at about 23:15 hrs as per source information shared by IC/GRPS, Asansol that 6-7 involved criminals were travelling Ex Patna to Kolkata by Down Bibhuti Exp. Accordingly, the information was shared with RPF, STF, Asansol for rendering necessary assistance to find out these culprits only basis of two names (1) Chandal Sharma (male-30) & (2) Rajesh Choudhury, (male-28) and their old photos.As per co-operation of Sri N K Singh, Asansol(West) & In charge, Train escort party, entire passenger chart of the said train was checked by STF team and detected the suspect Rajesh Choudhury in D-3 coach. Thereafter as per interrogation another 5 criminals were detected by the team and taken into custody in running train Ex. Madhupur to Asansol. On arrival at Asansol GRPS/Asansol attended the train and taken over the custody of all detained wanted person. During interrogation arrested personshad disclosed their identity as(1) Rajesh Kumar Choudhary aged about 25 yrs. S/o Dinesh Choudhary a resident of 134/2 Salkia School Road, P.S- Golabari, Howrah, (2) Bikash Rai aged about 20 yrs. S/o Nagindra Rai aresident 99 Dr Abhani Dutta Road Golabari, Howrah- 711106, (3) Mukesh Verma aged about 25 yrs. S/o Lt. Madan Verma a resident of 42/3 Kalitala Lane, Salkia, P.S- Golabari, Howrah, (4) Chandan Kr. Singh aged about 24 hrs. S/o Dharambir Singh a resident of 134/4 Salkia School Road, P.S- Golabari, Howrah, (5) Rohit Sahani aged about 21 yrs. S/o Kartik Sahani a resident of 134/2, Salkia School Road, P.S- Golabari, Howrah, (6) Raj Kumar Yadav aged about 19 yrs, S/o Lt. Sunil Yadav a resident of 134/2, Salkia School Road, P.S- Golabari, Howrah, (6) In the meantime I.O of the case of LLH P.S arrived Asansol and arrested them for initiating further legal action into the case.Further report follows.

23.06.202 Recovery of one left behind bag. 1 On 23.06.2021 an information was received from SCNL/Asansol regarding left behind of one sky blue colour trolly bag in coach No. S- 4 of Train No. 02988 Dn ( Ajmer – Sealdah Exp.). Accordingly on arrival of the said train at Durgapur Railway Station on PF No. 04, on duty officer and staff of RPF Post Durgapur, attended the said train and took over the bag under their custody on being confirmed with other passengers. The recovered bag brought to RPF Post/Durgapur. Matter informed to SCNL/Asansol in this regard. Subsequently the owner of the bag Namely Prabhat Kumar (M/24 yrs), S/O Uma Shankar Paswan of Quarter No 44/E- 8, Durand Colony Asansol, P.S-Asansol South, Dist. Paschim Burdwan (WB), came to RPF Post/Durgapur and identified the bag. Later on, after due verification and identification the recovered bag was handed over to its actual owner under proper acknowledgement. Value of recovered bag is 15,000/-Rs (approx.).

26.06.21 Rescue of one girl. On 26.06.2021, at about 09:45 hrs on duty RPF Lady Constable of RPF Post/Durgapur noticed that one minor girl aged about 17 yrs was sitting alone in 2nd class waiting room of Durgapur Railway station since long. On being interrogated she disclosed her name and address as Nisha Khatoon, age- 17 yrs, D/o Noor Mohammad a resident of Muslimpara, Gopinathpur, Durgapur- 19, P.S- Coke oven and told that on 25.06.2021 at about 19:00 hrs, she left her home without giving intimation of family members to go to Devaria, where her grandfather lives. Further, the said minor girl was brought to RPF Post/Durgapur and contacted to her father by local concerning. At about 11:00 hrs her father alongwith her brother attended RPF Post/Durgapur and identify the said minor girl as his daughter Nisha Khatoon. Accordingly, the said minor girl was handed over to him after proper verification and documentation.

26.06.21 Recovery of one left behind bag. On 26.06.2021, information was received from SM/Basukinath, after that while on duty office and staff of RPF Post/Dumka were checking the Train No. 53552 (JSME - DUMK Passenger) at Dumka Railway station which arrived on PF No. 01 at about 09:01 hrs. They find one black Backpack in Coach No. ER- 14455 and brought to RPF Post/Dumka. Later on 26.06.2021 owner of the bag namely Subodh Rauth S/O- Sri Lalmohan Rauth of Vill-Trharilapra, P.O- Haripur, Dist- Deoghar,Jharkhand Mobile No:- 6202895609 came to the RPF Post/Dumka and claimed for bag. On being asked he stated that he was travelling in Train No. 53552 (JSME-DUMK Pass), Ex-JSME to BSKH having Ticket No. 35243115 during de- boarding by mistake he left behind his said Backpack in Coach No. ER- 14455. After proper verification and acknowledgment, the said Backpack handed over to him in well condition. The said recovered bag Valued 4,000/-.

27.06.21 Rescue of one man with one 03 yrs boy. On 27.06.2021, on getting information from one lady namely Baishakhi Das, W/o - Ashok Das a resident of Sitarampur near Hanuman Mandir, P.S - , Dist- Paschim Burdhman (WB) regarding her husband and 03 yrs son namely Abhijit Das left home without any information. Then officers and staff of RPF Post/Asansol(W) started to search out the said person. After a while they noticed that one person is in suspicious manner at main gate with child. On being asked he disclosed his identity and he stated that there was a hot altercaion between him and his wife about something. So, he and his son going to his native village Gopalpur Ramnagar, P.S - Gaighata, Dist- North 24 Pargana without intimation to his wife. Thereafter, contacted over mobile No. 8116857353 and informed to his wife. At about 11:20 hrs his wife came to the RPF Post/Durgapur with written application regarding returning of her husband and son. After proper verification from all corner and counselled both of them,her son was handed over to them with proper documentation.

27.06.202 Arrest of one criminal 1 On 27.06.2021, on duty staff of RPF Post/Madhupur is detailed at Rly station on PF No. 02 from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs for passenger security duty and for keeping special watch on TOPB activity. In course of duty period, train No. 63561 Up arrived on PF No. 2 of Madhupur Rly station at about 09:00 hrs. On duty staff of RPF Post/Madhupur noticed the activity of one person standing on platform near the gate of a coach of the train, was in suspicious. On suspicion, he started to interrogate the person and on thorough checking, found few currency notes kept by the person in his righthand fist. On seeing this, RPF staff of RPF Post/Madhupur informed the matter to SI of RPF Post/Madhupur. Accordingly, officer of RPF Post/Madhupur immediately attended the P.O and detained the person. On further interrogation the person finally admitted that he has stolen these currency notes from the trouser back pocket of a passenger in the train and also disclosed his identity as Govind Pujhar, Male-21 years, s/o Chandar Pujhar of Vill- Kathmirki (Madankatha), PS- Koron, Distt- Deoghar, Jharkhand Hence, officer of RPF Post/Madhupur has seized the recovered currency notes (value Rs. 1720 /-) under proper seizure list at the spot. on duty staff of RPF Post/Madhupur has submitted a written complaint in this regard. Thereafter, the accused person together with seized currency notes and relevant papers are brought to GRPS, Madhupur and on the basis of complaint given by staff of RPF Post/Madhupur, a case vide No 16/21, dated 27.06.21, U/S 379/411 IPC has been registered at GRPS/Madhupur against the arrested person.

28.06.21 Medical assistance provided by RPF. On 28.06.2021 at about 18:21 hrs. an information received from on duty SM/JSME about unconsciousness of one passenger in coach No. D-11 of train No. 02023 Up (HWH – PNBE Spl.) from HWH to JSME. While the train arrived at Jasidih Railway station, PF No.02 near Howrah End FOB,immediately on duty officers and staff of RPF Post/Jasidih along with GRPS/Jasidih came in prompt action and attended the said train and de-trained the said unconscious passenger. The person was identified as Sushil Khandelwal, S/o-Rameshwal Prasad a resident of Custor town near Sant Francis School, Deoghar Jharkhand. Subsequently the said passenger was sent to Sadar Hospital/Deoghar with the help of GRPS/Jasidih for medical assistance by ambulance.

28.06.21 Arrest of two Smuggler In course of preventive action against repeated theft in train No. 03122 Dn, the STF team, Asansol was deputed for conducting plain cloth surveillance Ex. Gazipur City. On 28.06.2021, after departing from Chapra Station the STF team member detected two suspicious person in A-1 Coach of the said train. Even they found to be seated on seat No. 41/42 for a while. On suspicion, they both were chased to show travel authority and entrance in AC coach but both of them denied to have any ticket or reservation in the said train. Such as, personal search have been taken when total 10 nos of silver blocks of different size weighing about 18 Kgs of Raw silver were found concealed underneath their wearing apparels. During interrogation both of them failed to give any satisfactory and lawful account in favour of their possession rather they accepted not to have any bill or money receipt. It was strongly suspected that these silver blocks have either been stolen or smuggled from third country. Hence, these silver blocks were seized under proper seizure list by officers of STF team, Asansol and brought to RPF post, Patna Jn. Where officer of Custom, Patna arrived to examine the issue. He prepared a PANCHNAMA and Production Seizure list of the seized 17.618 Kgs of Silver Blocks after proper weighment and both the detained person namely (1) Vickey Kumar aged about 19 yrs, of Dehiawan, Saran, Bihar (2) Jeetendra Kr Jaiswal aged about 30 yrs, of Chapra, Saran Bihar, were taken into custody for initiating law full action against them. Value of the recovered Silver is Rs. 12,06,833/- @ 68,500/- per kg.

29.06.21 Recovery of one left behind bag. On 29.06.21 at 15:45 hrs information was received regarding left behind a red colour bag in third or fourth coach from guard coach of train No. 03538 Dn (Banka-Andal passenger Spl). When the said train arrived at PF No. 03 of Madhupur Rly station, on duty staff of RPF Post/Madhupur attended both the coaches of Train No. 03538 Dn at 03:34 hrs and recovered the said bag and brought to RPF Post/Madhupur. Matter informed to SCNL/Asansol. After sometimes one person came to RPF Post/Madhupur and disclosed his identity as Laxman Rout S/o Anil Rout of Gandhi Chowk, Rohini, P.S- Jasidih, Distt.- Deoghar ( JH) and stated that his aunt was traveling in train No. 03538 Dn from Banka to KBQ. During deboarding at Kumrabad Rohini her one bag was left behind in train due to rush. Accordingly, contact was made with his aunt over mobile phone to verify and on being asked she disclosed that the bag contained one gold mangtika, one gold locket, one silver anklet and few wearing apparels. Thereafter the said bag has been opened and found the above- mentioned articles were kept intact inside the bag. Then the recovered bag was handed over to Laxman Rout after proper verification and documentation. Value of the bag ascertained by the owner is Rs 32,000/-(approx.).

30.06.21 Rescue of one minor girl. On 30.06.2021, in course of awareness programme regarding security help line 139, human trafficking, child trafficking as well as trap into drugging cases by on duty officers and staff of RPFPost/Jasidih at Jasidih Rly station and in train, at about 13:00 hrs, they noticed that one minor girl was wandering alone in PF No.01 of Jasidih Rly station near Kalka end F.O.B without any adult person. On being asked she did not give any satisfactory reply and revealed that she wants to go to Asansol to participate in her friend’s marriage. Further during interrogation she disclosed her name and address as Sneha Kumar(F) aged about 15 ysr, s/o Sri Niranjan Mandal a resident of Goswami Tola, P.O- Jamui, P.S- Jamui, Dist- Jamui (Bihar) and also stated that she fled away from her home without any intimation to her family. The said girl was rescued and brought to RPFPost/Jasidih and matter informed to her relative over mobile phone. On receipt of intimation, her brother namely Raja Kumar (m) 20 yrs appeared at RPFPost/Jasidih and said rescued girl was handed over to him after proper verification and identification under proper acknowledgement.
