BREAK OUT THE BROOMS 2006 Preseason All-SLC Teams Lamar swept a three-game series with Texas-Pan American in Beaumont, winning by scores of 6-1, 10- First Team 0 and 11-3. It marked the second straight season that the Cardinals have swept the three-game series with the Broncs. Lamar swept the series in Edinburg in 2005 (4-2, 9-7, 17-9).
