    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE HIGH MUSEUM OF ART PREMIERES NORTH AMERICAN TOUR OF IRIS VAN HERPEN’S INNOVATIVE HAUTE COUTURE DESIGNS Major exhibition to feature recent works, including imaginative sculptural designs crafted using 3D-printing technology ATLANTA, Nov. 5, 2015 – The High Museum of Art is the first U.S. museum to present a major exhibition of work by visionary Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen, a cutting-edge artist inspired by diverse influences in the arts, sciences, music and philosophy. Marking the High’s first presentation of fashion design, “Iris van Herpen: Transforming Fashion” features one-of-a-kind haute couture—acclaimed for its combination of traditional craftsmanship and futuristic, innovative techniques—and includes some of the world’s first examples of 3D-printed fashion. Welcome to the second Rey of Hope Gala – a celebration of our most generous donors and our fearless leader, Bill Garrett. Tonight is also a celebration of the 525 students we have the honor to serve every day. These extraordinary young people make us proud as they travel the city to work in their corporate jobs, and as their remarkable achievements in the classroom. Their youth brings energy, creativity and a fresh perspective to our 132 corporate jobs partners. This year’s senior class will graduate in May, joining the 237 alumni who have gone before them, and 100% of them have been accepted into college. Our graduates attend some of the country’s most prestigious colleges, and this year we have our first student heading to an Ivy League college in the fall. It is humbling to think of how far this school has come in just six years. It is safe to say that all that has been accomplished would not have been possible without the leadership of Bill Garrett and the support of everyone here tonight.

    BRIAN LEARY, President, Commerical and Mixed-Use Brian Leary joined Crescent Communities as president of its commercial and mixed-use business unit in 2014. In this role, he directs the company's commercial and mixed-use developments across the country with an active investment and develop- ment portfolio in excess of 3 million square feet. Through Brian's 22 years of experi- ence in real estate, he's overseen an excess of $3.5B in development. Prior to joining Crescent, Brian held senior management positions with Jacoby Devel- opment, Inc., Atlanta Beltline, Inc., AIG Global Real Estate, Atlantic Station, LLC and Central Atlanta Progress. As the managing director of Jacoby Development, a national developer of corporate, mixed-use and retail projects, he launched ONE Daytona, a 4.5-million square foot joint venture with International Speedway Corp. Previously Brian served as president and CEO of Atlanta Beltline, Inc., ‐ the organization execut- ing the implementation of the BeltLine, one of the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment projects in the United States. When complete, the $3B+ project will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails, transit, public art and thousands of units of housing along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling Atlanta. While vice president of AIG Global Real Estate, he oversaw the design and develop- ment of Atlantic Station, a 13.5-million square foot joint venture that, at the time, rep- resented the largest urban brownfield redevelopment in the United States and current- ly includes approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail, 1.5 million square feet of LEED-certified Class-A oce, 3,000 residential units and a 120-room hotel.

    Midtown Alliance 999 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 730 Atlanta, GA 30309 August 23, 2016 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) For FC-9177, Midtown Traffic Operations Program (MTOP) Midtown Alliance (MIDTOWN) requests qualified individuals and firms (Consultants) with experience in construction management services to submit a proposal to provide Consultant Services for the MTOP in the Midtown Atlanta area. Utilizing criteria described herein, the selected Consultant(s) will assist MIDTOWN in the implementation and management of this program. I. INTRODUCTION MIDTOWN is soliciting Proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide Consultant Services for support of the Midtown Traffic Operations Program (MTOP). The RFQ is being handled and procured by MIDTOWN and the City of Atlanta (CITY) with oversight by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). This RFQ seeks to identify potential providers for the below-mentioned Scope of Services. Firms that respond to this RFQ and are determined by MIDTOWN to be sufficiently qualified may be invited to make presentations and interview for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document, and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. MIDTOWN reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of MIDTOWN. The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in collaboration with Midtown Alliance, and the City of Atlanta seeks the continuation of the existing Midtown Traffic Operations Program (MTOP). The program will be completing its third year in 2016. The fourth year is currently funded by GDOT and funding beyond year four will be determined on an annual basis.
