Welcome to the fourth Dumfries Film Festival - a feast of film across Dumfries and Galloway. This year Alice Stilgoe the Festival is spreading its wings and screening a Film Officer fantastic selection of prize-winning films over 10 Dumfries and Galloway Council days in over 10 venues across the whole region. The Festival stretches from Langholm in the East all the way to Stranraer in the West, a distance of over 100 miles, taking in Eskdalemuir, Moffat, Annan, Dumfries, Dalbeattie, New Galloway, Newton Stewart and the Isle of Whithorn en route.
