By STEVE WILSON [email protected] Authorities in Douglas County, Oregon have confirmed that a Lake City man has gone missing in that area. Matthew Kyle Chapin, 31, was last heard from by fami- ly and friends on May 27, as reported by the Eugene Daily News.
