6. Highways 6.1 To receive an update on the work to the culvert near Langthwaite, and the plans for repairs to the remaining three footbridges over Arkle Beck; 6.2 To note highways’ response to request for pothole repairs in Langthwaite and .

7. Planning applications 7.1 To note planning decision: Low Seal House, Arkengarthdale - R/01/166 application approved conditionally; 7.2 To note planning decision: Whaw Village, Arkengarthdale - R/01/132C/OH application approved no objections.

8. Financial matters 8.1 To note and approve the following expenditure: S. Atkinson IT support resetting laptop & connecting printer £ 70.00 S. Dray salary 2 months (sept/Oct 2020) + back pay 1st installment £830.62
