Jaime grew up in the small town of Golden, B.C. about two and a half hours west of Calgary. It’s a quaint, beautiful town that is nestled in the heart of the mountains. Rivers, lakes, and trees are plentiful there, so it’s nice to still be able to see the mountains from Tuscany. The family loves being so close to them. They also love living so close to Bow- ness Park (where the family pictures www.ghowardphoto.com

www.ghowardphoto.com were done) and where Steve proposed to Jaime fifteen years ago. Steve grew up in Saskatoon, SK. The home of nev- er-ending skies! He loves Tuscany for how dark it gets at night; you can view the stars and skyline. At certain times of the year, and if they are up late enough, they can see the northern lights just outside their bedroom window! They also love that at any given time they can see wildlife in the neighbourhood.

It’s meaningful to the Thomsons to find a balance between both of Steve and Jaime’s childhood residences and share this with their boys. They love Tuscany’s small-town feel. Steve and Jaime love that their boys are establishing their roots here, both attending St. Basil school and establishing friendships with some pretty amazing kids! They are typical boys who love to explore, and there is a forest on their street Fostering Friendship with and their house backs on to a pathway with lots of greenery that can transport Madden and Max into any kind of ad- venture that their imagination takes Thomsons Family them.
