THE DISTRICT COURT, ALAPPUZHA No. CS/2035/2016 District Court, Alappuzha 688013 Ph.No.0477-2262496 Fax No.0477-2264176 e-Mail: [email protected] Dated:24-06-2016 LIMITED TENDER NOTICE Sub: Comprehensive AMC of Computers and ICT Equipments (297 nos.) installed in Subordinate Courts – Inviting Limited Tenders. ****** Limited Tenders in sealed covers are invited for undertaking Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Computers and ICT Equipments installed in various courts in Alappuzha Judicial District for a period of one year from the date of execution of Agreement. The Tender should clearly mention what all the peripherals are covered and services offered under the AMC and also the Terms & Conditions. Any chargeable replacement items should be noted separately with buy back rate. The purchase shall be strictly in accordance with the provisions contained in the Store Purchase Rules. The locations are stated in Annexure – I and item wise description, specification are stated in Annexure – II of the tender form. Further details, if any, can be obtained from the office of the District Court, Alappuzha on all working days between 10 am to 5 pm and can visit in ecourts.gov.in/kerala/alappuzha. The tender should be superscribed “TENDER No.02/2016 FOR AMC OF COMPUTERS AND ICT EQUIPMENTS” and should be addressed to the District Judge, Alappuzha. The tender documents also requires a preliminary agreement on Rs.200/- Stamp paper in prescribed form and deposit of 2.5% of the quoted amount as Earnest Money. The quoted rate should be all inclusive. Last date of receipt of tenders will be 20-07-2016 at 2 pm. Tenders received thereafter will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened by the District Judge, Alappuzha at 4 p.m on 20-07-2016. Those who are interested can obtain the tender form from the District Court office by remitting a cost of Rs.600/-+5% VAT, in cash/DD in favour of District Judge, Alappuzha, during office hours from 28-06.16 to 15-07-2016. Those interested parties can personally verify the items kept in various court centers by specific sanction from this court on advance application in that regard. 1. From the total State Plan, an outlay of Rs 1962.00 Crore has been earmarked for Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP), which is in proportion to the percentage of Scheduled Castes to the total population of the State. As we all know, the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP) is aimed at (a) Economic development through beneficiary oriented programs for raising their income and creating assets; (b) Schemes for infrastructure development through provision of drinking water supply, link roads, house-sites, housing etc.

This temple is dedicated to Subrahmanya Swamy, known as Dakshina Palani(Southern Palani). It is believed that the temple was established even before the advent of Kaliyuga. This holy shrine is built in the ancient Kerala style architecture. The Subrahmanya idol with four arms is the biggest of its kind designed after the sculptural pattern of the Buddhist era. As per legend the idol has been used by Parasurama for Poojas and was left in Kandanalloor in Govindamuttom Backwaters from which it was recovered. It is said that all the landlords of Eakachakra (the then Haripad) had vision regarding the idol in the same time which led them to find the idol in Kayamkulam lake. The idol was brought ashore at Nelpurakadavu. In commemoration of retrieval of the idol, Vigraha Labdhi Jalolsavam is conducted in Payippad river for three days, after Thiruvonam. The presiding deity of the temple is Murugan in four armed form with Vel in one hand, Vajrayudha in another hand, one hand bestowing blessing and the other toughing its thighs.
