GIORGIS AMONG NATION’S LEADERS IN WINNING PERCENTAGE: Marist head coach Brian Gior- gis enters his eighth season as the program’s all-time leader in wins, compiling a career-record of 168-54. His .757 winning percentage is the ninth-best among active Division I coaches. Marist has won at least 20 games in each of the last six seasons.

OWNED THE ENTIRE EMPIRE STATE: Marist has won 73 of its last 77 games played in the state of New York. The Red Foxes had, at one time, won 50 consecutive games against other Division I opponents from the Empire State, but had it snapped by Canisius at the McCann Center on Feb. 6, 2009. The streak dated back to the 2005-06 season.

SCOUTING OKLAHOMA: The Sooners enter Wednesday’s game with a 6-2 record after winning an 87-86 overtime game against Arkansas at the Lloyd Noble Center on Saturday. Amanda Thompson made the game- winning layup with nine seconds left in overtime as the Razorbacks could not score on their last possession. Thompson fi nished the game with 16 points, 14 rebounds, and fi ve assists. Danielle Robinson led the Sooners with 31 points.

Robinson leads Oklahoma in points and assists, averaging 17.1 points and six assists per game.
