Water depth is 10 m. CLASS REPORT 1. MEMBERS: During 2014 the Olympic RS:X Class, had Association with 72 nations representing 6 continents competing on RS:X board, on the different regattas. 2. The formal current membership includes 52 Active (voting) members and 4 Individual members (non-voting). 3. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: The 2014 International RS:X Class Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in Cesme, Turkey on 1st of July 2014. 4. The AGM approved: a. the reduction of the Executive Committee from 14 members to 9 members. b. Dominique Vallee (CAN) and Pedro Bulhoes (BRA) were elected as the new Vice Presidents and Raul Saubidet (ARG) as a new Treasurer of the RS:X Class. c. Ronnie Meir (ISR) was elected as a new Coaches’ Representative in the Excecutive Committee. d. The AGM approved also the new Constitution of the class (posted on the web www.rsxclass.com) 5. EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING: Upon request from members according to Constitution, the Class had an Extraordianry General Meeting (EGM) in Santander (ESP) on September 11, 2014 for one submission, concerning the use of personal/approved equipment, at Rio 2016 Olympic Games (the mast, fin and boom).
