Quotations will be received in the office of SMMU upto 3p.m on 08/03/2021 in the office of the Chief Executive officer, TRLM, Bholagiri, Agartala, opposite of EPFO office to be opened on the same day in presence of bidders, if possible. The Rate should be quoted as follows: I . Detention Charge per Day 2. Running Charge per Krn A format is enclosed herewith for submitting quotation (Annexure-)). Terms & conditions are given below: 1. The hiring charges of vehicles shall be guided by DFPRT-2019, Finance Deptt., Govt. ofTripura. The quoted rate by the bidders should not exceed the rate prescribed by the Finance Deptt. (Copy enclosed) 2. Bidder should not be blacklisted by any central/state Government Department/agency regarding quality compromise or any other reason as on closing date of tender. 3. An earnest money amounting to ~ 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only in the form of Deposit at call or Draft drawn in favor of "Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission Society" payable at Agartala from any Nationalized Bank/Tripura Gramin Bank/ Tripura State Co-operative bank shall be submitted along with the sealed quotation. The said earnest money will be converted to security money for successful bidder who would be offered the work. For others the earnest money would be refunded. 4. The vehicle should have in good running condition and not have purchased before 01.01.2018 and should have valid documents including insurance, fitness certificate, pollution etc. as per Motor Vehicle Act, copies of which are to be attached along with the sealed quotation. 5. Fuel, lubricants, maintenance and dusters for the car will be the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. 6. Minimum basic accessories for the car will have to be provided by the owner. 7. KM reading meter should have to be fitted in the car in good condition. 8. A driver should be placed with the car with valid driving license and all expenditure of the driver including salary and fooding should be borne by the owner of the vehicle. 9. Any breakdown, accident, defects etc. will have to be attended imrnediately and to be repaired by the owner of the vehicle at his own cost and risk. Alternative arrangement of vehicle shall have to be arranged in that case of similar quality vehicle. 10. No additional claim except detention charges per day, running charges per Km night halt charge per day (if occur at outstation) will be accepted. ll.If the condition of the vehicle/ service of the vendor and driver are not found satisfactory, the contract will be discontinued with 7(seven) days notice. Payment of hiring charges will be on requirement basis against submission of bill & logbook. 13.The rate and the work order shall remain valid for I (one) year from the date of issue. Lowest rate of bidder to be calculated using the following formula- For non-AC vehicle: Detention Charge Per Day + (Per km charge for Non-AC x !50 KM) 15. For AC vehicle additional ~ 2/ Km will be provided as and when required. 16. The vehicle may be hired on actual requirement basis from time to time. 17. The NIQ is for !(one) year from the date of issue ofwork order. 18. There may be requirement for more than !(one) vehicle at a time. The successful bidder will be responsible for proving all such vehicles, as and when required. 19. In case of withdrawal of the vehicle, I (one) month notice is to be given from either side. 20. Requirements of agency related valid documents. i) Copy of last GST return. ii) Professional Tax clearance certificate. iii) PAN card. iv) GST registration certificate. v) Trade license. 21.Applicable taxes shall be recovered from the bill. 22. Log Book in prescribed format is to be maintained for daily journey. 23. Rate should be quoted both in digits and words. 24. NIQ should be super-scribed with "NIQ for Hiring of Vehicle on requirement basis" ' 25. Hyundai Creta, KIA Seltos, MG Hector, TATA Harrier, Mahindra XUV 500, Toyota Innova, VitaraBrezza and Hyundai Venue were considered for the study from a particular segment. The sample of approximately 130 customers were taken and the analysis was done based on the data recorded in four major sections, i.e. Media Consumption, Unaided recall, Brand preferences and Price perception and decision making.Conclusion:The results indicated that most of the consumers were mostly active on Social Media Platform like Facebook and rated almost every SUV value for money which was included in the survey. In fact almost every participant in the survey was satisfied with the purchase they made to spend money on their SUVs.
