The defendants shall not print, bind, sell, or distribute the book listed in the Book List attached to this judgment. 2. The defendants shall destroy the book appearing on said List, half-finished products of said book, and the master film used for printing said book and shall delete electric or magnetic records of the manuscript of said book from MO disks and other media in which said record was entered. 3. The defendants shall collect the book appearing on said List from non-party Kabushiki Kaisha Chihō-Shōshuppan Ryūtsū Center and destroy it. 4. The defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff 1,846,100 yen and the amount accrued thereon at the rate of 5% per annum for the period from June 26, 1999 to the date of completion of the payment. 5. Just follow the dotted lines in the map above. You can also reach the Main Gate of GRIPS through The National Art Center, Tokyo from Nogizaka. In that case, use the exit 6. (This route is not available on August 9th, Tuesday when NACT is closed.) Important Notice: 1. The Main Entrance of GRIPS is closed on August 7th, Sunday.
