NEWS & UPDATES 1. HRRP co-organized the Second earthquake memorial day on the 25th of April, 2017 in in Makwanpur. The program was organized by District Disaster Relief Committee Makwanpur.The CDO Narayan Prasad Sharma had chaired the program. District presenta- tion on reconstruction was presented by Ram Hari Adhikari and CDO and other personali- ties had discussed on the basis of the presentation. Digital stories made by HRRP were shown on that program as well 2. District Reconstruction Coordination Committee Meeting, Makwanpur was organized on the 5th of March, 2017. The meeting was chaired by MP Ananta Paudel and parliament member Ram Narayan Bidari , CDO Narayan Duwadee, the representatives of the major political parties , chiefs of District DUDBC, NRA, DUDBC, Land Revenue Office, Survey Office , executive Officers of Hetauda Sub Metropolitan City and Thaha Municipality and all VDC secretaries were present .The meeting decided to ; a) Speed up the inspection process. b) Handle the grievance c). Forward the landlessness issue after the field verification and send it to the government and d) Call meeting of the DLPIU engineers and © HRRP-Makwanpur orient them on their roles and responsibilities.
