Cricket Coaching with Cricket 44 at Woodmead Neil McKenzie and Cricket 44 invites all the youngsters to make some friends, learn some new tricks and enjoy some cricket. For more information, please contact Garrick [email protected] | 084 460 8667 Recent Events PSA CCJ Closed Satellite Squash Tournament CCJ hosted our first PSA tournament on the 18th to the 20th of October and some CCJ members did really well. Christo Potgieter won the A section for men, Cheyna Wood came second in the ladies A section and Tayla Diepenbroek came 4th also in the A section for ladies. Michael Wood won the plate in the B section for men and James MacArthur won the C sec- tion for men. The squash was amazingly strong and much appreciated by the spectators who attended the various finals to support their favourite players. CCJ put on an excellent show in terms of the facilities and the organization of the tournament.

The last night of the league will be on the 6th of November with the finals being played between the two top teams Apio and Team Tiefenthaler to see who can take the honours. 2019 Central Gauteng League Awards Congratulations to the CCJ ladies 1st league side who won their league this year. The awards dinner will be held on the 20th of November at Wanderers. The 2nd league men’s side also won their league. Well done to you all.

Junior Squash at CCJ Kids Mini Squash The squash section will be running mini squash and ball skills squads for children aged 6 to 12 years at Auckland Park on a Saturday morning. Junior Training Squads Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 15h30 to 17h30 Christo is putting the next generation of top squash players through their paces at Auckland Park.
