Shamus Award will retire the highest rated horse by the outstanding Snitzel to ever race and is the undeniable Australian Timeform Champion 3yo this season. Similarly, Zoustar is the best, most successful son of Northern Meteor and will retire his highest ever rated galloper and the season’s Australian Timeform Champion 3yo Sprinter. Champion young sire Sebring has blossomed this season with a stream of brilliant juveniles backed up by his Group I winning stars Criterion and Dissident, who was bred, foaled, raised and sold by Widden. Sebring has proven himself to be in that rare class of stallions that produce elite performers over all distances. With his oldest progeny just three year-olds, we’ve barely scratched the surface of what this stallion might achieve and he will undoubtedly establish his name alongside the legendary stallions of the past that have called Widden their home.
