TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT: K-8th transportation reimbursement forms are attached to this memo. If you meet the following requirements, then you qualify to receive a reimbursement: Students must reside within the boundaries of the Fort Dodge School District. Students must reside 2 miles or greater from their center of attendance. Program must be accredited by the Iowa Department of Education. (We are!) If you reside in another school district, you need to contact that school district’s office concerning your transportation reimbursement. The FD School District forms need to be turned in to the CCS office by next Wednesday, November 29th! MATCHING FUND: An anonymous donor provided a $10,000 matching gift which helped boost a fundraising effort to raise $40,000 for CCS Operational Expenses. This is to fill the gap left after the completion of the Capital Campaign of 2013-2017. Thanks to you, we exceeded our goal! Our FINAL donation total for this fund is: $43,357.33!! What a BLESSING!! TUITION UPDATE: Thank you to all of the CCS families who have waited patiently while we’ve diligently worked to update the tuition accounts. Following the Thanksgiving holiday, we will be sending home a letter to each family, itemizing all financial details relevant to your tuition account for the 17-18 school year thus far. We would greatly appreciate it if you could review your account statement and make immediate contact with us if you see any type of discrepancy. If we do not hear from you, the assumption will be made that our records balance. Thanks again for your divine patience throughout our transition in the office. CRAFT SHOW AT COMMUNITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL: Holiday Craft & Vendor show Saturday, December 9th from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. in the CCS gym. We are looking for crafters and bakers, so please spread the word.
