Kenyataan Media Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia ‘UNTUK EDARAN SEGERA KENYATAAN MEDIA KEMENTERIAN PENDIDIKAN MALAYSIA PENUTUPAN INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN DI KAWASAN ZON MERAH DI DAERAH JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) mengambil perhatian berhubung peningkatan kes positif COVID-19 di daerah Johor Bahru, Johor. Daerah ini telah disahkan sebagai zon merah oleh Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM). Selaras dengan perutusan khas YAB Perdana Menteri pada 6 Oktober 2020 berhubung keputusan kerajaan untuk menutup sekolah di kawasan-kawasan yang disahkan zon merah oleh KKM, KPM memaklumkan bahawa semua institusi pendidikan di kawasan zon merah di daerah Johor Bahru, Johor akan ditutup bermula 1 November 2020 sehingga 14 November 2020. Ini melibatkan sebanyak 376 institusi pendidikan di seluruh daerah Johor Bahru. Bilangan ini merangkumi sekolah rendah dan menengah di bawah KPM, Institusi Pendidikan Guru serta sekolah swasta yang berdaftar dengan KPM. Senarai institusi pendidikan yang ditutup di daerah Johor Bahru dilampirkan bersama-sama untuk rujukan ibu bapa, penjaga serta warga sekolah dan institusi terbabit. Untuk makluman juga, senarai ini akan dikemaskini dari semasa ke semasa dan akan dimuat naik di portal KPM di www.moe.gov.my dan di platform media sosial rasmi KPM. 1 Sekolah dan institusi yang mempunyai asrama juga ditutup. Ibu bapa atau penjaga perlu mengambil murid atau pelajar yang tinggal di asrama tersebut untuk pulang. Walau bagaimanapun, murid atau pelajar yang menunggu untuk diambil ibu bapa serta murid atau pelajar yang ingin terus kekal berada di asrama sekolah dan institusi berkaitan sepanjang tempoh penutupan akan berada di bawah penjagaan warden asrama. Keperluan makan dan minum murid serta pelajar sepanjang tempoh tersebut akan disediakan oleh pihak sekolah dan institusi berkenaan. Bagi murid-murid yang perlu menduduki peperiksaan antarabangsa seperti yang telah dijadualkan sepanjang tempoh penutupan institusi pendidikan, mereka hendaklah mendapatkan surat dari sekolah masing-masing untuk menghadiri peperiksaan. Sepanjang tempoh penutupan tersebut, pentadbir sekolah serta semua institusi pendidikan diarah untuk memastikan guru-guru, tenaga pengajar serta murid dan pelajar melaksanakan pengajaran dan pembelajaran di rumah. Manual pengajaran dan pembelajaran di rumah boleh dimuat turun di portal rasmi KPM www.moe.gov.my. KPM sentiasa memantau situasi di seluruh negara serta sentiasa bekerjasama dengan Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) dan KKM. Although the Ramsar sites have experienced human intervention and degradation over time, legislation in Malaysia has helped to promote the sustainable development of wetlands in Malaysia. In this paper, a critical analysis of the role of law in protecting and conserving Pulau Kukup Johor National Park as one of the Ramsar sites in Malaysia was conducted based on documents and newspaper- reports analysis. In addition, the prohibition of environmental impact assessment (EIA) to be conducted on any Ramsar site in Malaysia is also discussed. In this era, shopping complexes or supermarkets are increasing accordingly with the growing demand. Strategic areas of focused population especially in large cities have brought success to the opening of the hypermarket. AEON Co. (M) Bhd opened a retail store in Indahpura, Kulaijaya in 2013. The development in the area will affect the surrounding properties from the aspect of value, prices, rents, and others. Therefore, this study was to investigate changes in the market value of commercial properties in Indahpura before and after the construction of AEON Kulaijaya as well as future market value of commercial properties in Indahpura after the construction of AEON Kulaijaya. Secondary data was acquired from the Department of Valuation and Property Services Malaysia, Kulai Municipal Council and other reference materials. The results of this study will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel to change the market value of shop offices and the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) for the purpose of future market value of shop offices.

Four of the focal points will be located in the Nusajaya-Johor Bahru-Pasir Gudang corridor (Special Economic Corridor -(SEC)).
