Uredba O Utvrđivanju Jedinstvene Liste Razvijenosti Regiona I Jedinica Lokalne Samouprave Za 2014
UREDBA O UTVRĐIVANJU JEDINSTVENE LISTE RAZVIJENOSTI REGIONA I JEDINICA LOKALNE SAMOUPRAVE ZA 2014. GODINU ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 104/2014) Član 1 Ovom uredbom utvrđuje se jedinstvena lista razvijenosti regiona, koji su prema stepenu razvijenosti razvrstani u razvijene i nedovoljno razvijene regione i jedinica lokalne samouprave, koje su razvrstane u prvu, drugu, treću i četvrtu grupu i devastirana područja na osnovu podataka organa nadležnog za poslove statistike i finansija. Član 2 Razvrstavanje regiona vrši se na osnovu vrednosti bruto-domaćeg proizvoda po glavi stanovnika u regionu u odnosu na republički prosek, za referentni period. Razvijeni regioni su regioni koji ostvaruju vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda iznad vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Beogradski region; 2) Region Vojvodine. Nedovoljno razvijeni regioni su regioni u kojima je vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda ispod vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Region Šumadije i Zapadne Srbije; 2) Region Južne i Istočne Srbije. Pored regiona iz stava 3. ovog člana, status nedovoljno razvijenog regiona ima Region Kosova i Metohije. Član 3 Prema stepenu razvijenosti jedinica lokalnih samouprava prvu grupu čini 20 jedinica lokalne samouprave čiji je stepen razvijenosti iznad republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Bačka Palanka; 2) Beograd; 3) Beočin; 4) Bor; 5) Valjevo; 6) Vrbas; 7) Vršac; 8) Kanjiža; 9) Kragujevac; 10) Lajkovac; 11) Niš; 12) Novi Sad; 13) Pančevo; 14) Pećinci; 15) Požarevac; 16) Senta; 17) Stara Pazova; 18) Subotica; 19) Užice; 20) Čačak. The validation of the model shows that the model reproduces the spatial variability, magnitude, and annual cycles of HDD and CDD for the reference period very well. According to both scenarios, a significant decrease of HDD and increase of CDD is expected all over Serbia. The simulations show a spatial heterogeneity in the potential changes, with the largest decrease of HDD in southern (mountainous) Serbia and largest increase of CDD in northern (lowland) Serbia. Results also show that by the end of the 21st century, the existing ratio between populations weighted regional mean CDD and HDD of 1:7.3 could be reduced to 1:2.3 according to the A1B scenario and 1:2.0 according to the A2 scenario. -

Kramsch Preface I still can slightly remember how I stared at the TV in 1995 at the age of seven. The massacre of Srebrenica had happened and I couldn’t understand it at all. Thousands of people were killed and I just couldn’t get a clue of how such thing could happen. It turned out to be the worst ethnic cleansing in Europe since World War II. With retroactive effect the Yugoslavia breakup and its wars kept me fascinating. With the trials of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, just a hour and a half dive from my house and the questionable position and role of the Dutch militaries during the fall of Srebrenica, the Yugoslavia breakup stayed on the political and public agenda. Along the way I became very close friends with Jusmir, a Bosnian teammate from football and with that, I became friends with his whole family. Traces of the wars in Yugoslavia from which they fled to the Netherlands, are still very observable. From a wealthy Bosnian family, they became refugees with almost nothing in my own village. -
Together Against Covid
TOGETHER AGAINST COVID Together Against COVID is a one-year, $1,000,000 project that aims to provide an efficient response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in Serbia in the area of health, social and environmental protection. It encompasses support for the Serbian Ministry of Health; the National Public Health Institute “Dr Milan Jovanović Batut”; and the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs. ACTIVITIES IN SERBIA 1. Procuring ambulances for primary, secondary and tertiary health centers to help patients throughout the country safely reach medical facilities and receive life-saving assistance. 2. Equipping a communications hub at the Public Health Institute “Dr Milan Jovanović Batut” in Belgrade and regional and local public health institutes to coordinate COVID-19 immunization and response, as well as future public health emergencies. 3. Procuring communications equipment for public centers for the elderly to enable them to stay in touch and communicate safely with their families during and following the pandemic. 4. Procuring basic waste management equipment to safely dispose of medical waste resulting from the massive vaccination process and ensure that the impact of COVID-19 on the environment in Serbia is minimized. RESULTS • 11 ambulances procured for health care institutions in Serbia: Ljig, Merošina, the general hospital in Jagodina (2), Veliko Gradište, the General Hospital in Loznica, Bogatić, Kraljevo, Vranje, Svrljig, and the Special Hospital for Nonspecific Lung Diseases in Sokobanja. • Public Health Institute (PHI) Batut premises in Belgrade refurbished to host the Communications Hub. • ICT equipment (tablets and TV sets) procured for 36 public centers for the elderly. -

fond maker history: Zemun Magistracy Local authority in Zemun, organized as Magistracy is set and established in 1751, right after Zemun became Free Military Community in 1749. Before Magistracy establishment, Zemun was under Ottomans rule from 1521 until 1717, and more as Christian than Muslim settlement; short time belonged under Vienna’s Court Chamber, from 1717 until 1728. It was also in private possession of Šenborn family including: Batajnica, Surčin, Dobanovci, Jakovo, Boljevci, Kupinovo, Obrež, Ogar, Karlovčić, Prahovo, Pećinci, Golubinci, Popinci and Vojka, until it was bought and associated with the Military Border 1749, as many assets in Srem, in fear of Ottomans invasion after they have already conquered Belgrade 1739. In development of the City Government in Zemun we can differentiate two periods: from establishment in 1751until 1871, when this institution performs as Zemun Magistracy, and period from 1871 until 1934 when it performed under different name as City Government in Zemun with some changes made in its organization. The Military Border, border area of Croatia and Slavonic, populated with Serbs, Croat, Romanians, Hungarians and number of Germans, organized as administration on military principle since XV century in purpose of defense from Ottoman Turks, during the rule of Maria Teresa (1746 – 1747) was divided on 5 border areas: Karlovac, Varaždin, Banat, Slavonia, Erdelj. Borders were divided on regiments, battalions, captaincy and municipalities. Zemun belonged to the Regiment of Petrovaradin, which represented Croat – Slavonic Border, together with Gradiška and Brod. In 1755, Zemun, as free Military Border, was extracted from the Regiment and directly subordinated to the command. From 1851 until 1869 it was in constitution of Serb – Banat Military Border.
