    ORDER CALLING SCHOOL BUILDING BOND ELECTION STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY § CONROE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT § WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Conroe Independent School District (the “District”) has the power to issue bonds for the purposes described herein; and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is necessary and convenient to call and conduct an election to obtain voter authorization for the issuance of such bonds; and WHEREAS, the District will enter into one or more election agreements (the “Election Agreements”) with Montgomery County, Texas (the “County”), by and through the County’s Elections Administrator (the “Administrator”) and possibly other political subdivisions (the “Participants”), in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (the “State”) and applicable federal law.
