The 26-year-old actor - who plays sex fantasist Jay Cartwright in the movie - believes fans want them succeed because they’re not the typical movie stars. Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: “People root for us, like a football team. They want us to do well because we’re very much the underdog. “We don’t look like film stars, and we don’t act like them. In a way, we are very similar to ‘The Inbetweeners’ in that we are out of our depth.” Despite this, Buckley admits he and his co-stars Simon Bird, Joe Thomas and Blake Harrison are not adverse to mixing with other stars as they’ve struck up a close friendship with the One Direction boys over the years. He explained: “They love ‘The Inbetweeners’, which is great. When I read that Harry Styles introduced [his ex- girlfriend] Taylor Swift to ‘The Inbetweeners’ dance when they got together, I texted him and said, ‘Good lad.’ “ The ‘Best Song Ever’ hitmakers - also consisting of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson - have even GarrnToni incorporated the ‘Macarena’ sequence - which appeared in the first ‘Inbetweeners’ film in 2011 - into their stage per- formance. Buckley added: “They do the dance but they lands film role make it quite good.” Meanwhile, ‘The Inbetweeners 2’ is set to hit screens on August 6. oni Garrn has landed her first film role. The stunning 22-year-old model will make her acting debut Tin ‘Under the Bed’, which will be produced by her A-list boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio’s production company, Appian Way. The independent thriller follows a young woman who, while trying to get over a bad break-up, is befriended by a stalker using a fake identity on social media. Production on the film, directed by Daniel Myrick, will begin next month. Hannah New will co-star in the movie, according to Variety. ‘Under the Bed’ is being produced by Radar Pictures, Sobe Brook Entertainment and Schizo Pictures as well as DiCaprio’s Appian Way. The blonde beauty shot to fame in 2008 after signing an exclusive modelling contract with Calvin Klein. She has since appeared in campaigns for top brands such as Prada, Versace, Givenchy, L’Oreal, Burberry and Ralph Lauren. Garrn has also been a catwalk sta- ple, walking in shows for Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana and Louis Vuitton. The German star - who was born in Hamburg but now resides in New York - was first linked to Oscar-nominated DiCaprio in May 2013. The ‘Riddick’ script approved actor revealed the news when he was asked by French radio station Skyrock FM to choose a song from their playlist that he’d most like to dance to. Choosing Iggy’s hit single ‘Fancy’, he said: “Iggy Azalea. I just worked with her two weeks ago. I guess you’ll be the first per- son that knows this. “She has a cameo in ‘Fast & Furious 7’, so I’m going to be loyal to Iggy.” Filming on the upcoming seventh instalment was delayed last year after the movie’s star, Paul Walker, died in a car accident in California before his brothers stepped in to help with his final scenes. Having stemmed from a Hungarian family of photographers, I subconsciously drifted towards photography from an early age whilst playing in my grandfather’s attic amidst glass plate negatives, archaic enlargers as well as his lifetimes’ back catalogue of images. By my late teens this progressively lead me to an ambition of becoming a cameraman as I started my path in the film industry, initially working as a clapper loader, then as a focus puller under many top UK DoP's. Eventually, after achieving a BA first class degree from the London College of Printing, I completed my training at the National Film School, and have since been working as a cinematographer. Though, I am predominantly based in the UK, I work all over the world and currently rove between television drama, commercials and feature films.
