This is me presenting John Paul II a copy of my book and video, Operation Rescue. I spoke in the Vatican at an international pro-life convention, and I urged leaders from around the world to take Operation Rescue to their own country. This was October, 1991. Mr. Newman told the Trademark Office he had been using the name Operation Rescue since July, 1991. As I will now prove, Mr. Newman’s filing with the Trademark Office, as well as his use of the name Operation Rescue is completely fraudulent. Randall A. Terry, Founder, Operation Rescue 1 In addition to finances, Mr. Newman has received unearned notoriety and Operation Rescue “Identity Theft” credibility with the media and the public due to the respect that the name Operation Rescue earned in the late 1980s and early 1990s, long before Troy Newman was involved in the pro-life movement, much less the mission and Suit Filed against Mr. Troy Newman by Mr. Randall Terry, activities of Operation Rescue. • At Last the Good News Newman Safely Home in U.S
NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 2015 Newman’s ordeal began when a member of the Australian Parliament who is a radical abortion supporter sent a letter to Minister of Immigration Peter Dutton seeking to cancel Newman’s visa based on blatantly false accusations that he supports violence against abortion providers. Without fact-checking, Dutton cancelled Newman’s visa as he was beginning his flight to Australia from Wichita, Kansas. Newman never received any official notice of the cancellation since it was sent via the postal service and e-mailed to a non-existent e-mail address. Newman was told everything was in order as he boarded the first leg of his flight from Wichita to Newman Safely Home in Denver, but in Denver, he was denied permission to board his flight by United Airlines employees that never showed him any U.S. But Promises Australia paperwork to confirm why they would not allow him to board. “I Shall Return” Newman booked a flight to Los Angeles on another airline and was allowed to board his original flight to Melbourne without October 5, 2015 By Operation Rescue issue, having his boarding pass cleared at the gate. By Cheryl Sullenger Once in Australia, Newman was immediately detained. To: Interested Parties From: Ellie Langford, Opposition Research Director Date: September 25, 2018 Anti-Choice Activists Have Dismissed Credible Allegations That Kavanagh Is Sexual Assaulter — In Favor Of Undermining Or Gutting Roe Anti-choice activists are willing to ignore credible sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh because they know he will help them achieve their ultimate goal of gutting Roe, criminalizing abortion, and punishing women. Kavanaugh’s record and views are in lockstep with the most extreme elements of the anti-choice movement, which has now reached new lows—including dragging survivors of assault through the mud—to ram through their toxic agenda. Students for Life’s Kristan Hawkins: Kavanaugh “is in the political battle of his life because of the abortion lobby’s efforts to keep Roe v. Wade the law of the land.” Responding to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s account of sexual assault by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Students for Life President Kristan Hawkins told Rewire News: “We want to see the process go forward to vet the current allegations, but, in looking at the way in which the charges were handled (hidden until the hearings were over and handled by those who have been very public about their goal to oppose this nominee no matter what), we still see Judge Kavanaugh as a qualified candidate who is in the political battle of his life because of the abortion lobby’s efforts to keep Roe v. Wade law of the land.” [Rewire, 9/18/18] Conservative blogger Erick Erickson: “The left will do anything, including fabricating claims, to protect abortion rights.” [Twitter, 9/19/18] Priests For Life’s Bryan Kemper: “#Abortion is their god and #RoeVWade is their bible.

THE IRON CURTAIN: WHAT PRO-CHOICE AND PRO-LIFE ORGANIZATIONS IN KANSAS LEARN FROM EACH OTHER THROUGH COMMUNICATION by GEORGE H. WESTON B.G.S., University of Kansas, 2006 M.P.A., Kansas State University, 2010 A THESIS submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree MASTER OF ARTS Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and Social Work College of Arts and Sciences KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY Manhattan, Kansas 2012 Approved by: Major Professor Robert Schaeffer, Ph.D. Copyright GEORGE HENRY WESTON 2012 Abstract The purpose of this research started with a Cold War perspective of looking at the Pro-Choice and Pro-Life movement in the state of Kansas. They are in opposition of one another, so how do they communicate and see one another? Interviews were done in four cities in Kansas and with one organization located in Kansas City, Missouri that is responsible for their national organization’s mission in Kansas. Eighteen individuals were interviewed, which was split evenly with nine Pro-Choice and nine Pro-Life advocates in leadership or communication positions. Race, sex, religion, and age are all considered in the research. Most of the Pro-Choice organizations were found to be focused on multiple issues besides abortion, while all but one of the Pro-Life organizations were focused on the issue of abortion almost exclusively. There was a regional disconnect that showed a major difference of the thinking between the Kansas City metro area based organizations and the Wichita area based organizations, as the Wichita area advocates spoke more in detail about the events of the Summer of Mercy in 1991 and the death of Dr.

Five-part Exposé Detailing How Boyd & Co. Turned Albuquerque Into The Late-Term Abortion Capital of the World By Cheryl Sullenger, Senior Policy Advisor, Operation Rescue [First published April 27, 2010] Albuquerque, NM – Texas abortionist Curtis Boyd, who admits he committed illegal abortions prior to Roe v. Wade, has positioned himself to replace slain abortionist George Tiller as the ―go to‖ man for the most controversial – and most profitable – of abortions, those done in the late-terms of pregnancy on viable babies who are able to survive outside the womb. ―Boyd has the personality hallmarks of most late-term abortionists with whom we are familiar. He is arrogant and believes he is above the law, as evidenced by his own confessions to illegal abortions prior to 1973. He‘s an ideologue who will do abortions no matter what the law says or who gets hurt in the process. He admits he knows he‘s killing, but doesn‘t care. Abortion is his identity. In these ways, he is very much like Tiller,‖ said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. Boyd as Tiller’s Back-up Plan? For years, Boyd has operated two abortion clinics, one in Dallas, Texas, and the other in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Around January, 2009, Boyd moved into a new, larger facility in Albuquerque, one that could handle the particular needs of a late-term abortion facility. During this time, Tiller was in court defending against criminal charges involving 19 counts of illegal late-term abortions. A well-publicized hearing that month failed to dismiss the charges and Tiller was ordered to stand trial in March of that year.
