Ticket policy Toronto 2018: Track & Field in the 6ix is a ticketed event, therefore, all guests entering Varsity Stadium from Friday, Aug. 10, through Sunday, Aug. 12, must have a ticket. Children two (2) years of age and under do not require a ticket unless they will be occupying a seat. All grandstand seating is reserved for the duration of the Championships. At the time of purchase, each ticket is assigned a specific seat that is clearly identified with a section, row and seat number. Ticket refunds We recommend that you carefully check your order before proceeding with payment; all sales are final – no exchanges or refunds will be accepted following your purchase. In-and-out privileges A strict no re-admission policy will be in effect. Guests exiting the facility during a session will not be permitted to re-enter Varsity Stadium. Box office Tickets for Toronto 2018: Track & Field in the 6ix will be sold at the box office located at the Bloor Street entrance to Varsity Stadium. The box office will open two (2) hours prior to the session start time and will close one (1) hour before the end of the session (subject to change). Please note that we cannot predict wait times, therefore, guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance for the smoothest experience. Event schedule Please visit www.athletics.ca/toronto2018 for the most up-to-date schedule and session start times. Gates to Varsity Stadium will open one (1) hour prior to the start of each session and close once the final event of the day gets underway. Inclement weather Re-scheduling a session or event can be extremely difficult due to the nature of the schedule. Rain or shine the session/event will move forward as planned. Keep an eye on the forecast and if the weather is less than ideal, please come prepared. The safety of the athletes and guests is of utmost importance. Therefore, should safety be compromised due to inclement weather, a delay will occur and events will resume as soon as it’s safe to do so. Outside food and beverage Food and beverages purchases outside of Varsity Stadium will not be permitted inside the venue. Bag policy Purses/small bags and bags specifically required for medical purposes will be permitted inside Varsity Stadium; however, please note that they may be subject to search before being allowed past the point of entry. Camera policy With the exception of professional video and audio recording equipment, guests are permitted to bring a camera with them to the event. How to get to Varsity Stadium 299 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5S 1W2 Spectators will enter Varsity Stadium via the Bloor Street Gates. From the Gardiner Expressway • Gardiner Expressway to York Street exit • North on York to University Avenue (fork left at Front Street to get onto University Avenue) • North on University (becomes Queen’s Park Circle East) • Keep left around Queen’s Park • Right onto Hoskin Avenue • Right onto Devonshire Place From 401 (East of DVP) • 401 West to Don Valley Parkway • Don Valley Parkway South to Bloor Street exit • West on Bloor Street • Left onto Devonshire Place From 401 (West of Allen Road) • 401 East to Allen Road • Allen Road South to end (Eglinton Avenue) • Turn left (east) onto Eglinton Avenue • Turn right (south) onto Bathurst Street • Turn left (east) onto Bloor Street • Turn right onto Devonshire Place From Museum Subway Station • Follow signs exiting to the ROM, go up south stairwell • Turn right and follow path between the ROM and the U of T Faculty of Music • Turn right and proceed down ramp toward ROM shipping and receiving • At the bottom of the ramp, turn right continuing up to Bloor Street • Turn left (walk west) along Bloor Street to the Varsity Stadium entrance (on your left) From St. George Subway Station • Follow signs exiting to Bedford Street • At street level, turn right and walk south toward Bloor Street • Cross Bloor (so you’re on the south side) and turn left walking east towards the ROM and Avenue/Queen’s Park • North entrance of Varsity Stadium is on your right Parking map Below is a map of parking lots near Varsity Stadium. Paid street parking is also available on St. George Street, Spadina Avenue, Harbord Street, Hoskins Avenue and Devonshire Place.
