CONCLUSION

We have seen from the PQ model that how leader can utilize it to demonstrate the change for the effective governance of government, businesses and society. While looking at the initiatives and schemes launched by Mr Modi, evidently visibility of PQ leadership is seen. Study of PQ model, stakeholders, framework and facets give us the immediate reflection as to how Mr Modi has been acting and implementing nearer to what we saw in this model. The paper clearly shows how Modi has covered each of the 3 Stakeholders widely & vividly. While going though all the facet and indicators of each of them, there is an obvious relevance of concepts but more into the actions of him on ground reality. While working on all these 3 stakeholders and through all the 5 Facets, it can be deducted that Modi has been performing and is addressing the challenges of each stakeholder.
