A member of library staff visits the person at their home to discuss books they like / dislike and other items like CD’s / DVD’s and then items are delivered to their home regularly. There is no charge for this. *Mobile Library Service - This is a vehicle with computers and boo ks for adults and children. This visits areas of Luton where there are no library buildings In future, some library services may also be provided through a *Library Information Point (LIP) - this is a point where adults and children can order a book, pick it up and return it.
