I understand and agree that the Contract, including the Policies and Procedures, are enforceable against me. If I refuse to follow any provision of the Contract, I agree to notify NSI or Nu Skin Philippines, in writing, and cancel my Brand Affiliate account. Refunds on products are set forth in the Resident Country Product Purchase Agreement (see reverse side). I understand that the there is no required purchase to become a Brand Affiliate. I also understand that the purchase of any Nu Skin Products, including participation in any program to automatically re-order Nu Skin Products, is optional and is not required to become a Brand Affiliate. I have reached the age of 18 years old and I am legally able to enter into the Contract, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Contract. If I am between 18 and 20 years old, I confirm I have also submitted a written consent letter signed by my parent. THE CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE MANDATORY AND BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT (SEE REVERSE SIDE). Finish Qualification by completing a cumulative total of at least 12 Building Blocks, 4 of which must also be Sharing Blocks, within 6 consecutive calendar months. 2. Complete a minimum of 2 Building Blocks each calendar month to continue Qualification, except the month I/we complete the Qualification requirements. 3. After finishing Qualification, to complete 4 new Building Blocks each month to remain a Brand Representative. If I/we miss a month’s continuing Qualification requirements or do not finish Qualification in 6 months, I/we shall not achieve Qualification. I/we will have to submit a new LOI and begin Qualification again if I/we wish to try to become a Brand Representative. For additional details on Brand Representative Qualification, I understand that I am bound by, and where in doubt, shall refer to, the Sales Performance Plan. By signing this LOI, I/we acknowledge that I/we understand and agree to meet all the requirements as outlined in this LOI. I/We certify that all products purchased by me/us are for my/our current sales and that I/we will not stockpile or otherwise accumulate products that do not meet the demands of my/our personal use or that of my/our retail customers. A. DEFINITIONS 4. International Sponsor Agreement for Sponsoring in Non-Resident Countries (“ISA”) Defined terms are set forth below or may be separately defined in any of the following agreements. The meaning of capitalized terms not found in this document is set forth in (a) Right to Sponsor in Non-Resident Countries the Policies and Procedures.
