DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS 4.1 Development Permit 01-DP-21 - 2500HP Compressor & Office Trailer MOTION MPC 003.01.26.21 MOVED by Councillor Armagost That the Municipal Planning Commission approve Development Permit File Number 01-DP-21 for a compressor installation & office trailer to be located on LSD 04 of 26-77-13-W6 with the conditions that the applicant must comply with all provisions of the Saddle Hills County Land Use Bylaw 324-2018 and any further development of change of use or intensity of the lands or buildings will require a new development permit. NOTE: Compliance with the provisions of Land Use Bylaw 324-2018, as amended does not exempt the applicant from compliance with any other municipal, provincial or federal legislation and it is the responsibility of the Applicant to obtain any necessary permits or approvals required from other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction. Pursuant to Land Use Bylaw 324-2018, the subject lands are zoned as Crown Land (CL) and a compressor installation is consistent with the definition of ‘Natural Resource Extraction Industry’, which is a discretionary use in this district. Land Use Bylaw 324-2018: 'Natural Resource Extraction Industry' is defined in Land Use Bylaw 324-2018 as: "an enterprise engaged in the on-site removal, extraction and primary processing of raw materials such as timber, clay, sand, gravel, coal, limestone, oil and natural gas." OPTIONS & BENEFITS: Option 1: That the Municipal Planning Commission approve development permit File Number 02-DP-21 for a 2370 HP replacement compressor to be located on SW 33-77-11-W6 with the following conditions and notes. 1. The applicant must comply with all provisions of the Saddle Hills County Land Use Bylaw Number 324- 2018, as amended. Page 5 of 17 2. COSTS & SOURCE OF FUNDING: N/A RECOMMENDATION: That the Municipal Planning Commission approve development permit File Number 02-DP-21 for a 2370 HP replacement compressor to be located on SW 33-77-11-W6 with the following conditions and notes. 1. The applicant must comply with all provisions of the Saddle Hills County Land Use Bylaw Number 324- 2018, as amended. 2.
