Rt. No. 33/AIL/Lab./T/2021, made by the Government of Puducherry vide Puducherry, dated 22nd April 2021) G.O. Rt. No.136/AIL/LAB/T/2019, dated 19-12-2019 of the Labour Department, Puducherry, to resolve the NOTIFICATION following dispute between the petitioner and the respondent, viz.:- Whereas, an Award in I.D (T) No. 01/2020, dated 22-02-2021 of the Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, (i) Whether the dispute raised by the Union Puducherry, in respect of the industrial dispute between the workmen represented by PIMS Puduvai Manila Pattali management of M/s. Puducherry Institute of Medical Thozhir Sangam, Puducherry, against the management Sciences, Kalapet, Puducherry and the Union workmen of M/s. The change in groundwater extraction and rainfall pattern necessitate periodic revision of groundwater resources assessment. The report 'National Compilation on Dynamic Groundwater Resources of India, 2017' is a compilation of State-wise assessment carried out jointly by CGWB and State Groundwater Departments at periodical intervals under the supervision of State level Committee of the respective States/UTs and under overall guidance of Central Level Expert Group. The groundwater resources of India are assessed following Groundwater Estimation Methodology, 2015, which takes care of all the relevant parameters contributing to the net annual ground water recharge and extractions for various uses.
