Position 2: Sub Accountant - Treasury Salary: $6168 - $6552 p.a. (AP.4) Duties: The supervision of the accounting operations connected with airline accounts, especially for Interline and Agency reconciliation and the overall processing of expendit~re documents. The appointee will be required to understudy the present expatriate Sub-Accountant, and eventually to take over the full responsibility for the section. Specifically the duties include: 1) processing of airline manifests; 2} preparation of Interline billing and reconciliation thereof: 3} receipt of expenditure invoices and compilation thereof in memorandum form for submission to D.C.A. and return to the section for processing: 4) control and supply of all accountahle Air Nauru documents e.g. tickets and waybills; S) processing of documents for computer input; 6) advising the Chief Accountant of any discrpeancies or queries relating to Air Nauru accounts; and 7) other dutirs connected with Air Nauru accounts a, directed by the Chief Accountant.
