Grande Prairie Mainline Line Loop No. 4 (Valhalla North Section) - Valhalla North Section The Valhalla North Section consists of approximately 33 km of NPS 48 pipeline loop located on 95% Crown and 5% freehold lands. The Valhalla North Section begins at a tie-in location at NGTL’s existing Saddle Hills Compressor Station within SE 05-079-09 W6M, approximately 81 km northwest of Grande Prairie, Alberta, and continues to an existing valve site within NE 29-075-09 W6M, approximately 54 km northwest of Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Valhalla North Section will require new permanent land rights. The Valhalla North Section parallels NGTL’s existing Grande Prairie Mainline pipeline right-of-way (ROW) and is contiguous with existing disturbance (third-party pipeline ROWs and crossings of powerline easements and road allowances). Where the portion of the proposed ROW is located within Crown land, approximately 84% is parallel and May 2020 Page 1 of 13 NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd.
