You may want to bring along an insulated cooler for take-home items. A dining tent will be on site, for you to enjoy food items you wish to purchase and eat while on site. AGAINST THE GRAIN FARM Mountain, Ontario This farm cultivates and harvests grains from around the world and plants a mix of local pure unmodified seeds. Promoters of both new and heritage seed varieties, Against the Grain offers consumers a range of specialty cereal products. All of their grain has been pollinated by nature, harvested from good soil, cleaned and milled locally, so you can be sure that nothing has been added or subtracted, and you get every ounce of goodness right from the heart of the seed.

CUISINE DELICE Glen Robertson, Ontario Offering the experience of 39 years in the field, Chef Andre Durand welcomes the chance to entice you with his expertise in French cuisine. Sourcing fresh and local produce, Cuisine Delice serves up an elegantly simple meal comprised of beef bourguignon, garden and mini potatoes. Come and see why this tried and true method of cooking shouldn’t be missed.

CURED SMOKEHOUSE Picton, Ontario Care to make things sizzle? Get into the spirit of the barbeque season and summer cookouts. Come out and try Cured Smokehouse’s array of smoked seasonings, spices and barbeque sauces. Heat things up with some smoked olive oil and liven up your salads with a honey infused cider vinegar. DOLLY DOLL CUPCAKES North Gower, Ontario This bakery is committed to providing a safe-haven for families of children with food allergies. The bakery uses high quality local ingredients, including Red Fife ancient grain wheat flour grown and milled right here at Upper Canada Village. GANANOQUE BREWING COMPANY Gananoque, Ontario Gananoque Brewing Company aspires to be eastern Ontario’s best local brewer, brewing quality beers in small batches using only the finest natural ingredients. MARGARET BROWN, CERAMIC ARTIST South Lancaster, Ontario Margaret creates colourful stoneware bowls, plates and mugs, which are durable and dishwasher safe. The designs on the pots are painted by hand and permanently fired into the glaze. Fruits, flowers, geometric patterns and cartoon characters can all be found, and each pot is an individual work of art, with no two pots being the same.

MEOW! THAT’S HOT. Ottawa, Ontario Meow! That’s Hot is an Ottawa-based company that produces a line of fruit-based, small batch hot sauces. Working with local farmers to source their ingredients wherever possible. Placing an emphasis on flavour first each hot sauce has a unique fresh taste, and of course some heat. Let the cat out of the bottle!

MI COCINA CATERING (on Sunday only) Cornwall, Ontario Come and siesta with Mi Cocina Catering and gratify yourself with authentic Mexican cuisine. MORRISBURG’S LEO CLUB Morrisburg, Ontario Sponsored by the Morrisburg and District Lions club, youth from the local Leo club will be serving up delicious barbequed right from the farm ....UPPER CANADA HERITAGE MEAT of Elizabethtown ... in addition to the sales of hot dogs and . Proceeds from this booth will go towards helping the community address unmet needs.

NATASHA’S FINE FOODS Lyn, Ontario Delivering a unique and authentic food experience, Natasha is very knowledgeable in traditional cooking of Ukrainian food. From cabbage rolls to perogies and Ukrainian stuffed peppers, soups and salads the choice is yours! All dishes are served on site, and in take-home quantities.

OHEROKON- RITES OF PASSAGE YOUTH CAMP Akwesasne, Ontario Oherokon, meaning "under the husk", is a rites of passage ceremony and cultural intervention held in Akwesasne, and open to all Six Nations Iroquois youth as they transition into adulthood, guided and supported by a caring community of peers and elders. Help the youth camp keep this meaningful tradition alive by supporting them through the purchase of their strawberry jams, drinks, shortcakes, pies and painted gourds.

ON THE BEND SUGAR SHACK Chesterville, Ontario Everyone loves maple syrup, but what about maple butter and now… wait for it… maple cotton candy? On The Bend Sugar Shack will be offering all that! Deriving its name from its location where County Road 11 takes a sharp bend, in a tranquil wooded setting at the headwaters of Hosaic Creek, this sugar shack produces syrup from a forest certified through the Eastern Ontario Model Forest program.

ONTARIO MAPLE SYRUP PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION (OMSPA) Maple syrup demonstrations, festivals, and family-owned sugar bush operations can be found all over Ontario. The OMSPA is a non-profit organization of about 400 maple syrup producers who offer some of the best maple syrup in the world… fresh from the farm to your table each year. Visit their booth to find out more!

PUFF ‘N’ STUFF GOURMET POPCORN Delta, Ontario Certainly the inviting smell of fresh-popped popcorn is going to attract you to this food booth! But wait until you discover the fantastic collection of gourmet kettle corn and caramel corn. If that’s not enough to make your mouth water they will also be serving up fresh popped popcorn and cotton candy.

SANDBANKS WINERY Wellington, Ontario Sandbanks Winery is a family owned winery situated on the picturesque shore of Lake Ontario in the heart of Prince Edward County. They have been producing a wide variety of award winning wines for over 14 years, many of which will be available to taste at the event, so be sure to check out their booth.
