Los primeros nueve volúmenes de la colec- ción plasmaron esta intención original y llenaron una sentida ausen- cia bibliográfica. A partir del décimo volumen, la colección cambió de rumbo e incluyó la presentación de investigaciones históricas realizadas entre los años ochenta y noventa, sobre una variedad de temas específi- cos y épocas diferentes.
