The Palisades Restaurant Turns 10!

It’s our 10th Anniversary!!!! Wow! We’ve made it to this monumental milestone thanks to all of you! I wanted to recap the last 10 years but how do you get in every detail, every kind gesture that someone made, every funny memory, every special moment you shared with us?

I am so proud to have made it this far and am endlessly grateful towards each and every one of you as my guests, my neighbors, my staff (former & present), my friends, and my family.

I am often asked if I imagined we’d be this successful. I always answer that I never thought of this venture in those terms. I just knew this building was special and needed to be returned to life and that the county I grew up in is a beautiful place worth visiting.

You’ve allowed The Palisades and I to be part of your family and to share in your life. We’ve been there for your dates, engagements, weddings, new additions, Christmas, graduations, memorials, promotions, moving away, arrivals and the everyday part of life that you chose to share. Looking over the past 10 years in pictures and memories, I smile and am grateful that you’ve helped us not only survive but to thrive.

We hope you will officially celebrate with us on January 27th from 3-5 pm with complimentary appetizers, music by the Guinea Mountain Boys followed by Mist on the Mountain. We will be celebrating all year so be on the lookout for all the fun monthly activities.
