    Reclaiming the streets Black urban insurgency and antisocial security in twenty-fi rst-century Philadelphia Jeff Maskovsky Abstract: Th is article focuses on the emergence of a new pattern of black urban insurgency emerging in major US metropolitan areas such as Philadelphia. I lo- cate this pattern in the context of a new securitization regime that I call “antiso- cial security.” Th is regime works by establishing a decentered system of high-tech forms of surveillance and monitory techniques. I highlight the dialectic between the extension of antisocial security apparatuses and techniques into new political and social domains on the one hand and the adoption of these same techniques by those contesting racialized exclusions from urban public space on the other. I end the article with a discussion of how we might adapt the commons concept to consider the centrality of race and racism to this new securitization regime.     TEAMS IN Gotham MAY 2020 v1.2 Teams represent an exciting new addition to the Batman Miniature Game, and are a way of creating themed crews that represent the more famous (and infamous) groups of heroes and villains in the DC universe. Teams are custom crews that are created using their own rules instead of those found in the Configuring Your Crew section of the Batman Miniature Game rulebook. In addition, Teams have some unique special rules, like exclusive Strategies, Equipment or characters to hire. CONFIGURING A TEAM First, you must choose which team you wish to create. On the following pages, you will find rules for several new teams: the Suicide Squad, Bat-Family, The Society, and Team Arrow. Models from a team often don’t have a particular affiliation, or don’t seem to have affiliations that work with other members, but don’t worry! The following guidelines, combined with the list of playable characters in appropriate Recruitment Tables, will make it clear which models you may include in your custom crew. Once you have chosen your team, use the following rules to configure it: • You must select a model to be the Team’s Boss.     Gotham Episode 3 Review: Penguin Returns, Catwoman Eludes Gordon Author : Robert D. Cobb This episode could have been a filler episode. It has a non-descript villain. I got the feeling that it was building to the next part of the story. Fortunately, there were some awesome scenes and a cool twist at the end that created some intriguing possibilities. Bruce Wayne gets files related to his parents’ murder. It was just another part of his evolution into Batman. The Penguin also made his return. Penguin came back to Gotham was back to his old tricks. He managed to get inside the rival crime family that is opposing Carmine Falcone. There is no doubt that he will cross paths with Fish Mooney again. Robin Lord-Taylor was the standout performer in the episode once again. Another great scene was the “Cat” and Jim Gordon scene. The Catwoman and Gordon scene was interesting. It was odd that he went down into a sewer and didn’t have her get the wallet. She made him look foolish by escaping. It was another reminder of what she will become and it was appropriate for the character. It was one of the best scenes in the episode. Speaking of Fish Mooney, she was scheming again. She told the two cops about Gordon’s “murder” of the Penguin. It set up a confrontation between the two parties. They clearly don’t like each other and will eventually come to blows. It was clever to plant those seeds of doubt about Gordon. Mooney remains an interesting character to watch as the series evolves because she is proving to be unpredictable.
