Student Council News Blair-Taylor’s High Quiz Bowl Team Wins First Matches of the Season The Blair-Taylor High School Student Council has been fairly active thus far into the school year. Joe was the high scorer during the first round, earning 20 of the 30 points by himself. During the team round, BT and OF went back and forth, both teams answering numerous questions correctly. At the end of the match, both teams had acquired 110 points. The tie was decided during overtime. In a two-minute playoff, students had to answer as many toss-up questions as they could. We are the third and fourth grade SOSET class from Blair, Wisconsin. We have been given the opportunity to create a web-page and monitor a nesting pair of Bald Eagles through a live camera feed. Our goal is to have the web-page created and the camera installed and accessible from the web-page by the middle of November 2010. We will be having our web-page kickoff on November 24 th at 9:00 am at the elementary school. The National Eagle Center from Wabasha, MN will be attending with a live eagle.
