Spark Tank

Spark Tank, Dwight School’s incubator for K-12 students, 2019-20 Spark Tank Committee supports the School's mission to ignite the spark of genius in every child. In the wake of COVID-19 and the School’s move to virtual learning this past spring, the Foundation launched two new initiatives: the Spark Tank Service Challenge and Spark Talks. We look forward to resuming both in 2020-21!

Spark Tank Service Challenge: Innovation for the Greater Good The Foundation introduced this challenge to support student-led projects that raised funds and/or supplies for worthy causes during this unprecedented time. Following an application process, the Foundation awarded grants to 15 students for their winning individual and/or group projects.

Spark Talks This new webinar series featured innovators and entrepreneurs in the Dwight community who shared their valuable insights and expertise in a wide range of industries with us. Each speaker was interviewed by a student moderator and answered live audience questions. The Foundation hosted nine Spark Talks and thanks all of our guests and moderators for participating!
