Charity no. 1153412 Daytime Orchestra This NEW group meets on a Tuesday morning from 10.00am - 12.00pm at All Saints Church, Steeple Row, Loughborough, LE11 1UX. Meetings in the Spring will be held on Tuesday 24th and 31st January, 7th, 21st and 28th February, 7th and 14th March, 21st and 28th March. The final session will include an informal concert to friends and family. A wide ranging repertoire has been chosen for the orchestra with something for everyone, from classics to film music! The first session is a free taster session. After this, the enrolment fee for the remaining 8 sessions is £37 and this includes all music plus a ‘half time’ cup of tea or coffee + biscuits! If you would like to join us then please fill in the slip below and post to the MfE Office or just turn up at the first rehearsal! The venue is easy to find. It is situated in the centre of Loughborough on Steeple Row, look for the huge spire! HOW TO GET THERE BY CAR: From Leicester, follow the A6 into town. There is restricted parking, both in the church and on the street. If parking at the church, please use the paved areas at either side of the church, do not park on the grassed areas. The nearest large car park is the Rushes Car Park on the A6. HOW TO GET THERE BY BUS: From Nottingham. KinchBus No 9 from Broadmarsh bus station and Nottingham City Transport Navy Line No 1 leaves Broadmarsh/Collin St/Railway Station (note not in Broadmasrh bus station itself) on the hour and half past; both buses stop at local villages such as Ruddington, Costock, Rempstone, Gotham and East Leake. Get off in Baxter Gate which is a 5 minute walk to the church. From Leicester. Kinch Skylink Leicester to Derby from St Margaret's bus station get off in the High St which is a 10 minute walk to the church. Arriva No 127 to Shepshed from St Margaret's bus station 57, 09, 21, 33 and 45 past the hour; 50 minute journey; stops in Birstall, Rothley, Mountsorrel and Quorn. Get off in Baxter Gate which is a 5 minute walk to the church. If you would like to join us then please fill in the slip below and post to the MfE Office or just turn up at the first rehearsal!
