Ministry of Trade State Company for Iraqi Fairs & Commercial Services Baghdad International Fair BIF Regulations of Participation in The (16th) Session of Islamic Trade FAIR 2-7/4/2017 Participants subject to these regulations, are those who are agent, representative, work in cooperation with foreign parties or their activities associated with them, whether those participants are local or foreign. 1. Opening hours : 9 am – 7 pm. 2. Participation fees: $ 100 per sq.m indoor area. $ 150 per sq.m indoor area + stand $ 60 per sq.m outdoor area . 3. The reservation confirmation is done upon submission the application to our company and to be forwarded to the interior Fairs department and then to the Technical department, later on contact the financial department to pay full fess directly within two days of the date of issuing reservation confirmation, otherwise the reservation is considered null and void. 4. Minimum required space reservation is (9) sq.m indoor area and (20) sq.m outdoor area, in case of reducing, fees of (9) sq.m shall be settled for indoor area and (20) sq.m for outdoor area. 5. $ (50) per sq.m as stand construction fees. This includes (one information desk + two chairs +carpet + lighting). 6. 8% of the rental space fees shall be charged as services fees . 7. The application form is considered a lease contract between our company and the participant who is obliged to settle all the financial commitments. 8. The total amount of participation fees shall be paid upon confirmation of reservation to the State Company for Iraqi Fairs and Commercial Services through (Al- Rasheed Bank/ Baghdad International Fair Branch528) Account No.(10001) in a addition to Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) Account No. 2 (0002-001736-001), the participant is obliged to pay all bank transfer commissions and in case the participant exceeding the area fixed by the measurement committee , he shall pay the fees for the exceeding area . Regarding the participating countries which reserve the entire area of the hall, the deadline settlement should be two days prior to the opening date of the fair. The fair's management has the right not to consider any application form in case the charges not being settled.

Sometimes, these alternatives allow the economic units to improve the competitive position or the profitability of the company in the market to where it is not true in real life, which negatively affects the quality of declared earnings. The researchers conclude that some companies smooth their profit to improve their competitive position in the market. Therefore, the accounting information users needed to know the companies that smooth their income, and Eckel’s model can determine which company is smoothing its income. If Eckel’s indicators were less than one that means the company smooths its income, therefore there is a requirement for another procedure to detect income smoothing practices. The researcher concluded that one of the research samples (Ishtar Hotel) smoothes its profits, as the Eckel’s index showed less than one, which then required using the analytical procedures to know the details of income smoothing by this hotel, and the study indicates there are some distortions in the revenue side.

Two players will each portray both an Iraqi agent of the US government and a CIA Operations Officer - their handler. Other players, if any, will help frame scenes and play various people the Agent interacts with in the course of doing America’s business in Baghdad. All players have responsibility for participating in the creation of fiction fraught with tension, danger and dif- ficulty. The tone should be more Charles McCarry than John Le Carre or, God help you, Ian Fleming. You don’t need to know much about Baghdad in September of 2004 to play. The game will provide you with all the detail you need. You should feel zero obligation to get the facts right. Real events will march on regardless of your actions.
