any ground/reason to set aside the Environmental Clearance(EC)

Respondent, MoEF&CC. Hence, the Appeal stands as dismissed.

It is also made clear that the Appellant Association is at liberty

to initiate necessary proceedings for appropriate reliefs whenever

there is any violation of conditions attached to the EC by the 2nd

Respondent.
