Knights Help Raise Funds The Knights of Columbus joined forces with sixth grade students from St. Michael School, and their parents, to host Milestones a breakfast for hundreds of parishioners and visitors. This event raised much needed funds for the students to attend Science Camp this Spring. Science Camp is a popular weeklong field trip that engages young people in a program to explore the natural world, to build community with others, and develop skills. Working in small groups, students share their discoveries and grow as ecological stewards. The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic fraternal organiza- tion devoted to works of charity. They raise funds through various community events and donate the net proceeds to worthy causes, mostly in Livermore and the Tri-Valley region.
