    Newsletter fiscale Dicembre 2019 In questa edizione: • Fiscalità domestica • Fiscalità internazionale Fiscalità Domestica Il mese di dicembre è stato ricco di novità fiscali a seguito dell’approvazione della Legge n. 157/2019 che ha convertito, con alcune rilevanti modifiche, il Decreto Legge n. 124/2019 (c.d. Decreto Fiscale collegato alla Legge di Bilancio 2020). La manovra fiscale si è poi conclusa il 27.12.2019 con l’emanazione della Legge di Bilancio per l’anno 2020 (L. n. 160/2019, in vigore dall’1.1.2020). La Legge prevede numerose novità fiscali. Nel seguito alcuni brevi cenni sulle modifiche più rilevanti. FIDINAM ITALIA NEWSLETTER FISCALE La flat tax del 2020 La Legge di Bilancio 2020 ha apportato modifiche al regime c.d. forfetario. Innanzitutto, è stato abolito il regime della flat tax con imposta sostitutiva del 20% per i contribuenti con ricavi e compensi compresi fra 65.000 e 100.000 euro. Per quanto riguarda, invece, il regime flat tax con imposta sostitutiva del 15% (5% per le start up), il requisito di accesso resta invariato. E’ sufficiente, quindi, che il contribuente, nell’anno precedente, non abbia superato il limite dei 65.000 euro di ricavi e compensi nell’ambito del reddito di impresa o di lavoro autonomo. Dal 2020, tuttavia, vi sono alcuni limiti per l’accesso. In particolare, quanto alle spese per lavoro dipendente, la flat tax è consentita a chi non abbia sostenuto spese per il personale dipendente e assimilato superiori a 20.000 euro. Inoltre, entrano nel forfait coloro che nell’anno precedente abbiano percepito redditi di lavoro dipendente ed assimilati per ammontare non superiore a 30.000 euro.
